My experience with Paysera has been absolutely dreadful. I am an investor, along with nearly 3,000 others, in a well-known P2P platform that uses Paysera to deposit our funds as investors.
At the beginning of June, they unilaterally decided to freeze our assets in our P2P provider’s account without providing any explanation to the platform’s management that could justify such a freeze on funds.
I do not recommend Paysera at all and, judging by other comments I have seen on social media, their conduct leaves a great deal to be desired.

Overall it was ok, the reason I subscribed to this service is to use it for amazon seller and paypal, but amazon does not accept it and neither does paypal, plus the increasing fees, I understand, the customer service though is excellent

Paysera LT unilaterally terminated my account under clause 12.2.3. I fully accepted this decision and provided a valid alternative SEPA IBAN (Wise) to transfer my remaining balance of 1,254.54 EUR. I even sent them official uneditable PDF transaction records from PayPal confirming the legitimate source of these funds. However, Paysera completely locked my access and refuses to send my money, demanding a biometric video call or a physical trip to Vilnius. This is an unlawful asset freeze and a violation of Article 39 of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Money. Give my money back!

I am highly satisfied of the professional manner and attitude administered by the customer service employee- Shenny, wih whom I had a video call following my request to increase my account limits.

I have been using Paysera for a few years, and their customer service stands out. I get instant support every time I reach out with a question or an issue. Recently, I had a call with their customer service respresentative Agata - she went an extramile. I was very satisfied with the support I received.

becareful , they are scammers have no trust no matter how legit they look !! they block my card and they recieved a lot of negative reviews however i do not how they managed to change thier account here in trustpilot !! check reviews of solarisgroup.com , they used to be paysera

I was given step-by-step instruction for identifying my new mobile device - in a calm comfortable for me manner. The action was made immediately - which is highly important for running the business.

Paysera is not a trustworthy bank. If there is any small issue with your account, they will not come and talk with you about it but they will straightly lock your account and you will not be able to take out your money - at least not for about 30 days. Anyone should consider if they really want to give their money in the hands of this company.

Account restricted without any reason. Right after receiving my funds of course.Also no email or notification about the restriction. Had to call support myself for them to tell me the “amazing” news. If you thinking about opening account- DONT!!! There is much better online banking apps. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM WHO STEALS MONEY

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von Paysera. Ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung wurden die Konten eines Unternehmens, in das ich investiert habe, gesperrt. Eine derart drastische Maßnahme ohne transparente Kommunikation ist absolut inakzeptabel – insbesondere, wenn externe Investoren direkt betroffen sind.
Noch gravierender ist die anschließende Abwicklung: Die Übertragung bzw. Freigabe der vorhandenen Gelder zieht sich über einen unangemessen langen Zeitraum hin. Für mich als Investor bedeutet das nicht nur Unsicherheit, sondern auch einen erheblichen finanziellen und emotionalen Schaden.
Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass Finanzdienstleister regulatorischen Anforderungen unterliegen. Dennoch erwarte ich in solchen Fällen zumindest eine klare und zeitnahe Kommunikation sowie einen professionellen Umgang mit den betroffenen Parteien. Beides habe ich hier leider nicht erlebt.
Unter diesen Umständen kann ich Paysera aktuell nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Unternehmen seine Prozesse hinsichtlich Transparenz, Kundenkommunikation und Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit deutlich verbessert.

I am extremely disappointed with Paysera. Without any clear or understandable explanation, the accounts of a company I invested in were suddenly frozen. Such a drastic action without transparent communication is completely unacceptable—especially when external investors like myself are directly affected.
What is even more concerning is the handling of the situation afterward. The transfer and release of the company’s funds are taking an unreasonably long time. As an investor, this creates not only significant uncertainty but also real financial and emotional stress.
I fully understand that financial institutions must comply with regulatory requirements. However, I expect clear, timely communication and a professional approach in situations like this. Unfortunately, neither has been the case here.
Under these circumstances, I cannot recommend Paysera. I sincerely hope the company improves its processes in terms of transparency, customer communication, and the speed at which such critical matters are handled.

Extremely disappointing experience with Paysera.

A transaction made with my Visa card was initially authorized and appeared to be completed successfully. Later, due to what Paysera themselves described as a “technical issue,” the payment was apparently declined while pending. The funds became available in my account again, and I continued using my account normally.

Weeks later, without any warning or fault on my side, Paysera processed an offline payment and pushed my account into a negative balance. I was essentially held responsible for a technical failure between their systems and the card issuer.

What is most frustrating is that the customer is expected to deal with the consequences of an internal processing issue that was completely outside of their control. The communication was unclear, and having your account suddenly show a negative balance because of a delayed correction is unacceptable.

A financial institution should have reliable payment processing systems and should not place the burden of their technical problems on customers. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in Paysera’s services.
