Went into PBTech a month ago and was not that happy… staff member seemed to be too busy trying to upsell. Second visit last week was a totally different experience, talked to a different person and he was so helpful. He talked honestly about the pros and cons of different options and I bought a replacement laptop at half the price and better functionality. It works really well with my existing setup and would thoroughly recommend PBTech. I will be back.

I ordered printer ink on the saturday and it was delivered rural for me 1st thing monday morning!
Not only were they the cheapest to buy from, there delivery was awesome!

Great range, fast delivery and competitive prices

I purchased two Segway lite kids scooters I was expecting delivery within a couple of weeks which is what the online order status told me. I was then informed that it was delayed via an email. I followed up a couple of weeks later via phone and via my account and was told they would get back to me they didn’t. I then followed up another a couple weeks later and still did not hear back extremely poor experience. The engagement and customer service via PB tech was horrendous. Not to mention missing both my kids birthdays! They took 2 months to arrive!! Interestingly I was not given an automated opportunity to provide a review which suggests to me they are influencing the NPS rating.

Excellent fast service from online store. ordered one afternoon received product the next day.

Very little to no customer service. I purchased a clock radio valued at $300 it doesn't receive an FM signal at our location.
It isn't fit for purpose, I sent it back and after a month they sent it back to me. There was no communication and no response from the more than 5 times that I contacted them.

I purchased a new phone for my grandson. I was very happy with my purchase and the price was great.very impressed with the delivery time. Had no problems with this company since signing up three years ago

I have been a PB Tech customer since 1997. I get valuable honest advice from folk who have a wealth of knowledge. Wouldn't go anywhere else for all my tech!

Every time I've ordered something online from PBTech's excellent website, I've had prompt delivery and reliable communication. This company has knowledgeable staff and very good customer service. Trustworthy and honest. I don't hesitate to order from them. Recommended!

My last order I couldn't process through my banking system I had to use my personal credit card to purchase, all my previous orders I have always used the payment direct from my bank account as my business account doesn't have a credit card that works for online banking, I found this last order a bit of an inconvenience.
I have always had great service though on all previous orders & speedy delivery

Always good products in store, many branches and online, would use them again etc. Being able to buy and use an M.2 SSD was a surprise from my motherboard instructions LOL, but hey it's faster so I am using it!

Very good with computer technology and is getting better with the different services that they provide for the customer. There delivery services are a bit hit and miss with times and dates some times its the next day but other times its 2+ weeks

Everything that I have ordered from PBTech has been brand new and of the best quality, This would be the first place I would consider in buying tech brand new
