Great prompt service and delivery

Been using PB Tech a few years. I almost never have issues, but whenever I do, they sort it out very quickly and without complaint.

Frustrating to deal with. Slow to respond with warranty issue. After sent back automatic refund instead of sorting the issue but kept the cost of the courier, so I'm out of pocket for a product that was sent that was not working properly and I only got to use it for 10 minutes. Not fair, why should I cover the courier cost when you sent a product with an issue out to me.

Purchased a SIP phone. Turns out it was not new. Ex Lease, and locked out so could not be acessed. Invoice or advertising does not show it as being refurbished, and price was no different to other companies selling as new. Have tried contacting without any reply.

Very prompt delivery, products (2 purchased on different dates) were exactly as described and exactly what we required.

Quick service and delivery. The product works as described. Although this purchase was online I have also shopped in the store and the staff have very good technical skills.

Used PBTech on and off over the years, never had any issues with them. Delivery was prompt for last thing I ordered over the Kings B'day sale, and for the first time in forever, a delivery marked as requiring a signature actually required a signature. Good sale price on what I wanted too.
