Items will take very long to arrive from China and might never arrive due to import regulations. It's clearly a shoddy business that will change domain as soon as they can't get away doing what they do.
I bought a supposedly genuine USB C charger from the maker of my laptop and got another one with no brand. I am almost positive that the FC, CE, etc. imprints are fake since I don't think you can have those and no manufacturer or model information whatsoever.
I also bought a battery, but it was shipped separately and it never arrived.

Be careful people it’s a scam.rude customer service.waited more than 2&1/2 month and got a brocken device.couldn’t get my money back too. I have been writing emails with there representative’William’ he is still lying to me that I will get my order and he even sent me a fake tracking number for the non existing order.

I wanted to write a review as when searching for PC Adapter Online, there are a lot of negative comments, which if I had seen them before my first order would have put me off making a purchase.

Speaking from my personal experience, I have ordered from PC Adaptor Online, four separate times with no issues. We use Dell laptops at work and have spares for the office as staff will often leave the chargers at home. The total number ordered is around 20 - all with no issues.

Granted, the website isn't the easiest to navigate (strangely enough when logged in it's worse), and I can't speak for the return process (since we happily haven't needed to use it), but for the price compared to ordering from the manufacturer directly - it's worth trying!

If you want to avoid trouble look out for this companies based in China. The name is laptopadapteronline.com and I think it is affiliated with Pcadapteronline. I ordered a $25.69 power cord. They charged me twice and never sent the cord. If I knew it was coming from China I would have never ordered it. To easy to get ripped off.

I purchased an HP adapter from PC Adapter Online for my HP Spectre laptop on 24 February 2021 at a slightly lesser price than other sellers on the U.S. market. It was shipped out from Shenzhen, China two days later and delivered to me in Washington, DC on 6 March 2021; from the other side of the planet within ten days of my purchase. I was also sent an email notifying me at the time it was shipped and the tracking number. The item received was indeed an original HP adapter as advertised. I would therefore recommend this company.

The two reasons why I gave them four instead of 5 stars:
1- Their email stated: "shipped out the parcel by USPS ,And your tracking number is YT2105621266122...". Yet, the cargo company was Yun Express, not USPS and although the Yun Express tracking website provided excellent up-to-date info, the tracking number was never found upon being entered into the USPS website. So I didn't know from whom to expect delivery.

2- The HP adapter received was not in its original HP packing and had slight scuff marks suggestive of possible previous usage (floor model?). But it works fine and there have been no overheating issues.

Cord took a few weeks to arrive, but I got what I ordered (Acer 180w 19.5v) and it works fine. Thanks!

The web site says: "At PC Adapter Online, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. " this is false advertising. It will take about a month to return something to China if it even gets to it's destination.
They told me to mark it as a gift to avoid customs...costs more to return something directly to China than it's worth. I understand most of these power adapters are made in China but if you get the wrong one, it will cost more to return it than you paid for it. Don't so business with them. They gave me a $1 refund.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from them! They advertised an exact replacement power for my Asus laptop, but sent a different adaptor. Tried to communicate with them but only got favorable response after a Paypal dispute. Their resolution was to mail the adaptor back at my cost which is 3-4 times what it's worth. I don't call that customer service. Shame on me for ordering anything from China!!

This company is absolute GARBAGE! Got the wrong charger, fine, it happens. I emailed them, spoke to Li Cherry who's english was quite choppy and she determined that it was sent to the wrong person and even started calling me by the wrong name! She required pictures which I sent her and she offered to send me an adapter for free to make the over sized charger fit in my laptop's port. I said ok. It took many weeks to get here and shocker, it didn't work. So they said to send it back, I asked if they would refund me the $23 shipping charge, of course not. Their next solution was to refund me $20 and to sell the charger locally myself. I spent $50 on it... I would've gotten more money back if I'd just spent the $23 shipping fee to send it back! And I'm sure as hell not doing their job for them and selling it myself!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I purchased a power cord for my laptop which took 4 weeks to arrive and it did not work. After having to video tape proof that it was not working properly they agreed to send me a replacement as long as I paid an additional $10 for shipping. The 2nd power cord arrived and worked a total of 4 hours before going out! When I contacted them again they said that they would refund my $70 original purchase price as long as I shipped the two defective power cords back to them in China. When I went to ship them, I found out it was going to cost me $35 When I ask them if I would be reimbursed the return shipping, I was told no! Therefore, if I send them back their defective product I lose the $35 return shipping fee, the original $10 shipping fee, plus the $10 I spent to have the 2nd cord shipped to me. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a charger for a specific model Dell laptop. After waiting 3 - 4 weeks a charger arrived. It was NOT the charger for the model specified in the order. They refused to provide return shipping. They expect me to pay to ship the thing back to China at my cost. I find it completely unreasonable of them to expect me to pay for their mistake. These people portray themselves as specialists in these products. They are not. In my opinion you should avoid them at all cost.

Didn't see Trustpilot reviews of this seller until AFTER I placed order. Wasn't sure what to expect but in my case the charger I received is the OEM and identical in every way to the unit that shipped with my HP Specter x360 laptop down to the part number and electrical ratings. Unless this is a complete forgery, which it does not appear to be, I got exactly what I paid for. I do agree that the seller misleads regarding the shipping point with no suggestion it will originate in mainland China thus the 4 stars. Delivered in 2 weeks and worked out of the box, so far so good.

My adapter died just over a year after I purchased it. They state on their site that most of their products are covered by a one-year warranty, but I contacted them anyway. They readily offered to replace it. Pretty happy with that.

pretty annoyed that it took ages to get the package and then required paying import taxes which seller should be responsible for. upon making a complaint and much discussion i got about $5 back towards the $12 import fee and was unhappy with their service!

Horrible don't waste your time or money received the charger but not working properly. When contacted them they wanted me to pay extra to send a new charger. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

PC adapter online please stay away from they are based in china and sell fake chargers that might just set your home on fire.

I've been dealing with this company for about three months now. Absolutely horrible experience.

First, the manner in which the website was advertised made it seem as if the item was being sent via USPS. It was extremely unclear that the item was being shipped from China. Naturally since it was coming from China, it took over a month to arrive to me. The time allotment was took far longer than the company advertised on their website and when I emailed about the issue they cited COVID-19 for the delay. This was somewhat plausible but extremely annoying. Nonetheless, I was happy when the item finally arrived.

Second, the item finally arrived. However, it was defective. The charger came with a "free" ac cord. I used that cord to plug the charger into the wall and nothing. I even used another cord that was working fine with my other adapter to no avail. Clearly, the issue was with the adapter that was sent to me.

Third, naturally I was enraged and wanted a full refund. Well, this is where they can make their money off the scam. You as the consumer are required to pay return shipping no matter who is at fault. The return shipping cost of my item was about $60 dollars whereas the entire cost of the adapter was $86 and some change. I briefly considered eating the loss and just purchasing another adapter elsewhere. I decided to sent the adapter back and recover my $20 and purchase another adapter from elsewhere (which works perfectly, so it's not my laptop). 1.5 months later and I'm still waiting for the item to arrive at their return address.

Overall verdict - avoid like the plague. I imagine they run a similar scheme to what I experienced and make $10-20 off of products that aren't returned because the whole process is a huge hassle.

Update: I put in a dispute with Paypal, Li Cherry told me to mail the adapter back, this would have cost just as much as the adapter cost. Thru Paypal resolution, I settled for 10.00 back as it was better than losing my whole 20.00. I would suggest disputing thru Paypal atleast they will know this is not a honest company. I purchased a replacement charger via Amazon, it came promptly and was in a box. Good Luck.

Counterfeit product lasted 2 weeks, popped and went out it was too hot to touch. I am glad my house did not burn down. Li Cherry suggested my outlet was bad, I did not know it was a fake. Do not waste your money. I wish U.S. Customs www. cbp. gov will get involved and shut them down. Do not buy from pcadapteroline.com

AVOID!!! I purchased an adapter for my Asus laptop. It took several weeks to arrive from China and when it did, it didn't work. I then purchased another one from Amazon and it worked fine, so i know it's not my laptop. I contacted PCadapteronline to let them know that they sent me a faulty adapter and they requested a video of their product not working. Done. They then told me to send back the defective adapter AT MY EXPENSE and they'll process a refund after inspecting the defective adapter. No thanks. I'm sorry but I do not trust them to refund my $20 after sending back to China, so i'm going to take the loss. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a mac power cord. What I received, after waiting for a month was a page of happy face stickers!!! I am so mad!
This company is running a scam. Do NOT order from them.
