looked at the website to pick the required power supply, wasnt sure so rang got a staff member who totally blew my mind directed me to the right item and sent it I recieved it extremily quick thankyou. I am still after years of using PCCG am in awe of their work ethics.

Great service. Quick delivery. We've bouhgt 2 dektops and 2 laptops from PCCaseGear. All four are great machines. The machines are mostly used for processor intense image processing, and perform very well. We've also bought drives and peripherals - all good, quick delivery and no issues.

Both of the Be Quiet Dark Base Pro 901 computer cases and cable purchases went off without a hitch. Dispatch was the same day as advertised. I will use their services again and again.

Used PC Case and Gear for the first time recently.
The best thing I have done regarding the purchase of PC parts. Placed the order in the evening, they had all parts in stock. Amazingly it was dispatched the very next day. Something I am not use to. Their competitors which I have used in the past, have sat on my orders for a few days, even though all parts were in stock with them. PC Case and Gear are now my supplier of choice. Fast, efficient service and tracking info is supplied immediately the parts are dispatched. A 5 star rating is not enough for the service I have received. I have used them 2 more times since my initial purchase a couple of weeks ago, and the service is still just as fast and efficient as it was the first time. Well done Team at PC Case and Gear.

Easy to navigate web site to buy and build my PC. A couple of options missing on there where I had to purchase items separately as not available on the build/edit PC page but otherwise really good.
Great communication from staff on the stages of the build.
Only issue was that you use StarTrack to deliver. They never stick to their slated delivery days and their tracking isn’t updated on time. Next time I’ll pay extra to avoid them.
PC was built and packaged beautifully, and not even Star Track could damage it with the amount of interior and exterior packing. Great job.

Great build. Quick delivery with great protection packaging.

I recommend pc case gear to anyone. Delivery was fast, Computer came quickly, and the PC was easy to set up, it took one hour max between out of the box and fully fuunctional computing. I recommend customers to check their spam inboxes for tracking emails because it happened to me and I missed the tracking emails on my end.

Quick shipping, well packed and reasonable price.

Good service but shipping was very expensive with a mandatory surcharge (like an extra revenue generator). If no for the product I needed, I would not buy from PC Case Gear.

Website is super easy to use, even for me and I do not know much about computers. Everything is so simple and well laid out. Delivery was literally the day after I ordered it, which was perfect as it was a last minute birthday gift. Delivery service itself was amazing.

Been using PCCG for years! I’ve purchased a lot of items over that time, but NEVER had an issue. Always fast dispatch, communicate when an item will be in stock to be delivered, solid packaging to reduce risk of damage. Recently had a warranty problem that they helped me resolve easily. And always got lollies for the Wife! Amazing Team at PCCG

I had recently claimed warranty on 2 monitors that had internal issues. Before shipping it to PCCG I was given specific packaging instructions. Finally when both packages of the monitors was sent to their facility. I was emailed that one of the monitors was damaged in transport due to “insufficient” packaging and that it was ineligible/unsuccessful to be repaired.

Which was completely BS as I carefully followed packaging instructions provided by them. Monitors and other contents were wrapped excessively, same amount, of bubble wrap more than what was required of me, for both. I was then told that they could dispose of the monitor instead of being sent back to me, I told them to send it back to me. When sent back, they didn’t even bother to give sufficient packaging (their packaging standard) like my other one. They sent it back in the same box, opened, didn’t even trouble themself with tapping up the box. If my packaging caused it to get damaged in the first place, why didn’t they both get damaged. Should be held at a higher standard, by returning it with their packaging. The only difference was one layer of bubble wrap, with my bubble wrap around it and a piece of paper and Haribo Goldbears gummies tapped on the side. Completely ridiculous. Absolute SCAM.

If you are looking to buy anything monitor, PC, or tech related products. STAY LOCAL. DO NOT BUY FROM ANOTHER STATE. Learnt that hard way. Even the guy at Post Office said so.
