The customer service at PCS is second to none. Had a problem with original order and Al in sales (and the warehouse team) were great in helping me source a suitable replacement. Excellent communication, delivery was exactly when they said it would be and the item was well packaged. Great price too.

Very good company. Ordered Geberit washbasin. Item was delivered in time frame. Driver was very helpfull, allowed me to check if sink fits and offered to take the item back if any issues. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Roca shower rail and holder which is not available anywhere else due to being obsolete. Part was received the next day and exactly what we wanted. On this basis excellent service and would recomend.

Had slight doubts given limited reviews but excellent service. Goods received as described in good condition (as indicated original packaging a bit worse for wear but inside pristine and well repackaged for delivery) and at a very competitive price. with very speedy delivery over the holiday period.

Must admit, was a bit unsure about purchasing due to lack of reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Shower system arrived quickly even though we are based in the north of Scotland, well packaged and as described and communication throughput was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for more really and can but only recommend based on our first experience.

After a lot of issues trying to get the vanity unit (and customer service) I needed I stumbled across PCS clearance. Price was great however after the issues I had I dropped them a note just checking a few bits. Next day I was contacted by Al who talked through all the questions I had. Very helpful and even did a call around for me and set up for me to pick up the item from their warehouse. All was just excellent and even held on to a few bits for me as I was not around. Best service I have had for years, if you have any questions just ask and Al will help. Would have given them 6 stars if possible, even the team in the warehouse were excellences.
