Just purchased a Les Paul Standard from Peach and what a great experience I had. Communications great from the start and guitar delivered really quickly.
Have to say I was a bit skeptical when they said it would receive a full set up as I’ve bought guitars before that I have to have set up myself despite assurances it would not need it.
I need not have been concerned, took it straight out of the box, quick tune and OMG it plays like a dream!
Cannot recommend Peach highly enough and they will be my go to guys for all future purchases.

Despite only buying a Strat Player 2, I was given my own private room for an hour and a half to compare two guitars. I was left alone to do whatever I wanted, but Dermot checked in enough for me to know I was not forgotten. He was very helpful and got a slight buzz on one of the strings sorted out straight away. The choice of stock there is incredible but at no time was any attempt to upsell made, it was a really comfortable experience. The Strat was really nicely set up (after the buzz!) and is a joy to play. Thank you Peach, Dermot - and all the other friendly staff who chatted to me and didn’t try to sell me anything more than I wanted to buy. Only problem is I now want to go back and buy the amp the Strat was plugged into!!

Had a small issue with my ibg hummingbird, they arranged pick up. Then sorted it out,kept me informed even done plec set up free and prompt return. Would not hesitate returning, great staff.

Made an appointment for my son to pick out his dream guitar. Glen was super helpful and patient as he tried out several models, leaving us to give the guitars a good try and never making us feel pressed for time or pressured to make a decision.

I had great communications with Dene. Yamaha APX 1200. He said it has marks on as it’s been used but plays great. He was correct and the price reflected that as described. Got it in post following day and very well packed. I don’t usually buy guitars blind but this one was ok thankfully. Well done Peach Guitars.

I have bought guitars from many different companies over the years and they have all been hit and miss.
Sometimes you get a good one, sometimes you need to take it to a luthier to get it dressed and set up.
Not the case with Peach Guitars!
I emailed and rang with many questions about the guitars I was interested in, all of which were answered well and with great information.
I also asked about the set up and gave my preferences, which were carried out perfectly.
I'm now convinced that Peach Guitars would be my go to for all future purchases (unless I can go in person to try)

By far the best guitar purchasing experience I’ve had across a lot of years. The actual guitar played a big part of course (should add it was the best price I saw around) but from arranging a convenient delivery to a perfect setup exactly how I wanted it, the experience was great in every way. Super happy, really would highly recommend Peach!

I have just received my Gretsch Country Gentleman as supplied and set up by Peach Guitars. The instrument and case were well packed and secured for transport. All of the staff that I dealt with were professional, helpful and kind. The guitar was set up using the Plek system by the expert in house technician. The sales staff were amazing. This latest guitar purchase is my second from Peach guitars, I can highly recommend them due to their expertise, friendly and knowledgeable staff and superb customer service. The prices of their guitars are also very competitive and I will definately use them again, also I had the pleasure of visiting their store and found it a really good experience I can highly recommend if you can take up.

This was my first time purchasing from Peach Guitars. They has an amazing deal on the PRS SE Swamp Ash Special in Charcoal. I spent time looking at the various grain patterns and just as importantly the weight of the guitar. I did not want one that was too heavy.
I chose my guitar and sent a message asking them to make sure I received the one I ordered online. I also asked for the trem to be set to floating. They did exactly as as I asked for and despite a delay due to DPD it arrived safely.
I was amazed at the quality of the PRS for the price. I had two custom guitars built when I was younger before CNC and the quality of the PRS is better than my custom guitars.
The neck is wide and slightly thicker than I expected but this seems to be common from some of the forum reviews. However it plays really well with a great set up by Peach Guitars.
I am very happy with my purchase.
I bought a PRS SE Silver Sky from another retailer last year and I asked them to set the trem to floating and it arrived without being set up. I had bought two expensive guitars from Fender and Gretsch from them before and was disappointed that they did not set it. I will use Peach Guitars from now on.
I think the fact that they take the time to photograph and weigh the guitars insuring you can choose the exact one is a huge bonus.

I've been a Peach customer for many years, both online and in person. They have a great selection of the very best gear, excellent pre-owned instruments and very helpful salespeople. Couple all this with competitive prices and you can't fail to be impressed!

I purchased a PRS SE CE (Black Cherry) from Peach Guitars, very good buying experience. They post photos of each individual guitar (as opposed to a generic image from the manufacturer) which means you can purchase the exact guitar you want.

I asked if they would be able to restring the guitar with my favourite gauge strings and they were happy to do so. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and friendly.

The guitar arrived in perfect condition and was set-up very well from the get go and was ready to play out the box.

Very happy customer and I'll definitely be returning in the future!

I visited the Peach Guitars shop and found the staff to be really nice and helpful and helped me narrow my choice down to 2 PRS guitars. I went away to decide and when I went to order the guitar in my chosen colour it had sold out, so I went for my second choice PRS.

After around 10 days I noticed the colour I wanted had come back into stock. After reaching out via email to explain if I could exchange it for the guitar I wanted in the colour that was my first choice again they were really helpful and allowed me to return in person.

When I re visited the shop they had 3 of the same guitar ready for me to view so I had a a few to choose from which was a nice touch. I ended up with the guitar I initially wanted and I purchased a set of 10 gauge strings which they happily fitted and made sure the tremolo was adjusted.

From start to finish it was a really nice experience and they made me feel comfortable and made sure I got the guitar I really wanted. Great service, thanks to the peach guitars team :)
