I visited the Peach Guitars shop and found the staff to be really nice and helpful and helped me narrow my choice down to 2 PRS guitars. I went away to decide and when I went to order the guitar in my chosen colour it had sold out, so I went for my second choice PRS.

After around 10 days I noticed the colour I wanted had come back into stock. After reaching out via email to explain if I could exchange it for the guitar I wanted in the colour that was my first choice again they were really helpful and allowed me to return in person.

When I re visited the shop they had 3 of the same guitar ready for me to view so I had a a few to choose from which was a nice touch. I ended up with the guitar I initially wanted and I purchased a set of 10 gauge strings which they happily fitted and made sure the tremolo was adjusted.

From start to finish it was a really nice experience and they made me feel comfortable and made sure I got the guitar I really wanted. Great service, thanks to the peach guitars team :)

I recently visited Peach Guitars for the first time to try a few Two Rock amplifiers.

I could not have been more impressed. Al was there to give us a warm welcome. He knew me and my wife had travelled far, he gave us a tour of the shop, filled with enthusiasm - it was excellent.

The setup is great, where you can really assess the guitars/amps in an ideal environment. There was no time pressure.

I was helped by George, who was brilliant - incredibly knowledgeable, very attentive and friendly.

I placed a custom Two Rock order, looking forward to a second visit to collect!

Great fast, efficient and friendly service as always, I've purchased guitars, effects and amps from Peach, back when the shop was in Braintree, the current online service is excellent, shout out to Jeff who shipped out an amp, door to door in less than 24 hours!

I bought a Squier baritone Telecaster online, using the WhatsApp chat function to discuss a few things about the guitar before buying. I have to say the communication was first class throughout the process and guitar was set-up fantastically well - far beyond my expectations of a Squier. I will not hesitate to purchase again from Peach.

Often told never buy a guitar without seeing, playing it but took a punt with Peach and exceptionally happy with the online experience.
Knew what I wanted - prs 24-08 custom - and done my research. They sent me (promptly) a beautiful example all fully set up and ready to go. Nice addition is a small card which shows what set up/checks have been done pre-delivery.
Very happy with the whole ordering and delivery process.

I bought a Taylor 24ce from Peach Guitars a few days ago. I've been playing guitar for 40 years, but this was my first time buying from Peach.

I went over to Peach Guitars last weekend with my Dad as we were both after a particular guitar each. We both found the ones we were after and the guitars themselves are brilliant. We are both really pleased with them. We spent a lot of time going to other guitars shops around the country and trying other guitars - we should have just come straight to Peach Guitars and forget the rest. I can honestly say coming to Peach Guitars was by far the best experience! In fact the whole experience of coming over and having a look, trying them in our own room was awesome. Great customer service - well worth travelling to Colchester, Essex from Oxfordshire!

I bought a Cordoba electro classical guitar and even after researching it and reading positive reviews it still exceeded my high expectations. Peach Guitars were nothing but professional friendly and very helpful. The shop is very well stocked, immaculately presented and has a really great vibe, I didn't want to leave. I can't wait for an excuse to go back.

Superb shop, excellent customer service, purchased a bass online which didn’t end up being for me due to the colour, arranged to visit the shop and exchanged for another bass guitar, Jeff was very polite and professional, a great experience, this is how all Music shops should be.

Bought a PRS Se Tremonti signature custom charcoal burst. What a guitar for the price, and peaches guitar has the best prices around. The guitar arrived quickly and was well packaged. Set up nice for me. Saves me going to a luthier for setup, which saves me money and time.

Having never purchased a guitar online before, I took the plunge and went with Peach . Great customer service and advice regarding the guitar I purchased.

Exceptional service. A pleasure to spend time with George who was genuinely knowledgeable about the guitars I was interested in, as well as going through many others he demonstrated for me. No sales talk or pressure to purchase anything, just sound advice, excuse the pun. A very professional company and the individuals make it what it is.

I purchased a Gibson SG Standard for my husband's birthday. I'm always anxious about making such 'big' online purchases, but Peach Guitars were incredibly professional and kept me informed at every step, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Delivery was outstanding, and the guitar itself is absolutely gorgeous.

My wife and I had a fantastic afternoon at Peach Guitars after travelling from Norwich to Colchester. I was allocated a room to audition several high quality acoustic guitars with Alan, the owner, in attendance for over two hours. He also gave us a tour of the incredible store. The displays of top brand guitars and amplifiers were amazing. I eventually purchased a Taylor acoustic guitar and amplifier. It was truly a fantastic experience and I unreservedly highly recommend Peach Guitars.

This is without a doubt the best guitar shop in the uk .. John, Geoff and the team are super friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Doesn’t matter if you are buying a lead or a 5 K guitar the service is the same .. awesome .. can’t wait to shop

Just bought my second guitar from this retailer and what has really impressed me with both is that the guitars arrived having been physical checked and set up. No tweaking required, which is much different to many others I have bought over the years from ‘box-shifters’ which almost invariably have required work. I would not hesitate to buy again from them.
