I thought I signed up for $16.99 / month, Feb 07,2026 but instead it was $169.99/annual is what Peacock signed me up. I immediately cancelled the request same day, 2/07, $169.99. But never received any refund of $169.99. Instead they replied back, stated cancelled for Feb 07, 2027, But they never refunded my $169.99
This seems Tops for being Unethical, lacks Integrity. Can't reach them by phone. I'll never go back and I'll make sure I share my story with friends and family.

Charged me $116.59 after I cancelled the free trial and REFUSE to issue a refund even though I cancelled it BEFORE the trial was over. Now I have to report it as fraud through my CC company which means I have to change all my payment information everywhere.... Unreal. Over a crappy channel with hardly any good shows.

Capricious rules and practices.

I signed up for Peacock on Amazon Prime. It turns out that "because Amazon is a third party biller" I cannot use any of the Peacock apps on any platform to access it. Yes Amazon Prime has a decent interface, but it is complicated to navigate to it. There is no warning anywhere of this limitation. Also, Peacock removes on demand content with no warning and no explanation, sometimes while you are watching it. Example...the Winter Olympics opening ceremony. WHY?

I have subscribed to Peacock for the…Olympics

I have subscribed to Peacock for the Olympics. It has been a trial every set of the way! Even from trying to subscribe.
The interface is horrible. When I try Slalom …. I get everything except Slalom. I’m now listening to event via German comments so bad I can not understand him.
NBC has missed the boat.
Put your money on another “horse”.
Shame NBC…. Money is not what it is all about !!!!!

Worse streaming company I have seen

This company is terrible. I have spectrum service and they are giving customers free peacock. After spectrum set me up I go to peacock and they say to watch this I have to upgrade. I go visit this area and they say I dont have a plan to up grade. I spent 3 days on their site in chat rooms trying to straighten this out and not one can do anything. I said cancel my account and I will start over and they say I have no account yet I have to upgrade "my non existing account" to get what spectrum is giving us

Our subscription ended

Our subscription ended, these people waited until the superbowl was mid game and they just cut us off. This is hands down the worst streaming app. I do not recommend.

Peacock streaming is STILL horrible! Watching the Super Bowl 2026 and gliching caching, paused the game and the app went into sleep mode losing my queue, closed caption is 3 seconds late, refresh rate to slow showing jumping action, poor pixilated resolution... horrible experience! Almost ruined the Super Bowl. I am livid.

Deceptive "Premium Plus" - A Blatant Olympic Bait and Switch

I upgraded to the "Premium Plus" tier specifically for the "Ad-Free" experience promised for the 2026 Winter Olympics. This has proven to be a complete Bait and Switch (CLRA § 1770). Despite paying a surcharge for an ad-free experience, I am forced to watch unskippable 15-second "Arrival Ads" every time I join a live stream.

This practice is a clear violation of the Unfair Competition Law (UCL). These platform-inserted ads during "Multiview" and "Live Feed" transitions force subscribers to miss the very live content they paid to see without interruption. The "Premium Plus" experience is now functionally identical to the cheaper, ad-supported tier during high-value live events, which is False Advertising (FAL).

What is most frustrating is that my family previously upgraded for past Olympics and received a significantly better, ad-reduced service. This current experience is a massive regression in quality and a betrayal of long-term customers.

Peacock TV is a rip off.

Peacock TV is a rip off.

The base plan is expensive and they don't tell you until you buy it that doesn't give you access to anything besides clips. And you apparently can't access any of it with the slightly upgraded plan either. No. You have to go with the most expensive plan in order to have a chance at watching anything. I think it is dumb that streaming services make us pay to watch a show with ads or upgrade to watch without ads. But I can tolerate it. Paying $8 to watch clips that I can most likely watch for free on YouTube???? That is asinine.
