6 follow up emails asking for a review? I bought a memory card from you. Chill out fellas.

Two things here made this purchase a great experience:
- Timely answer to my pre-purchase questions, with more details than I was expecting.
- Fast traceable shipping. And arrived as expected of course so no need for post-purchase service - how it should always be

The one thing that could still be improved is the payment of import taxes - integrating them into the checkout so they are paid before the package arrives inside the EU / in the destination country (where postal service always takes an additional processing fee for import fees) would make the process smoother.

I bought a conversion kit for Broncolor to be able to mount my G4 head on a tripod with a normal spigot. Sending was fast and the kit was well packaged.

I made an expensive and big(for me) purchase recently. I had just excellent experience from start to finish. Peartree Photo and Lawrie helped me out with a quick response to any of my questions, and everything they promised, they kept. I'll return as a satisfied customer if there is any need to upgrade my photogear.

Ordered a broncolor battery and it took several months to be delivered, not Peartree's fault they were let down by thier supplier but they did eventually get it and were very helpful over several months resolving the issue.

The store did refund without any explanation. Didn't give me a reason for that just like that. Keeping selling items without removing sold ones from the website.

Purchased a Broncolor head that was delivered next day and of great quality despite being second hand.

Definitely 5star service. I dealt with Lawrie who couldn’t have better. They assisted in my insurance claim gave me the best advice and genuinely really friendly and helpful. Great on my phase one. Now have a new customer for life.

Peartree Photo gave new life to my tired, old Elinchrom flash. The website made it very easy to find what I was looking for. The details about it were just as apparent. Ordering it was fast and easy, plus it arrived nearly halfway around the world quickly. I was able to install it with provided instructions and it works great! Things went just about as perfect as could be.

My item was on backorder and Peartree Photo did a great job of updating me on what to expect in terms of a wait and where my order was in the process. I was so relieved when I found out that Peartree Photo carried the flash tube for an old model Profoto head that I needed.

Great experience, it was a pleasure to discover by chance, they work seriously, very quick in responding and try to help customers resolve their request.

Very knowledgable staff who know their stuff from years of experience. I started with a phone call and a list of questions, followed up with placing an order and a few hours later received an email to say my order had shipped.
Can’t ask more than that!
