I recently purchased a bathroom cabinet from Pebble Grey and overall I’m very happy with it. The quality of the unit is genuinely premium — solid build, great finish, and it looks fantastic once installed.
The only downside was the installation process. The instructions were very basic, and the mounting brackets come separately from the main unit, which makes the fitting a bit tricky. You need to be extremely careful during installation, and I’d even recommend having two people to make sure it’s aligned and secured properly.
Despite this, I’m really pleased with the final result. Once it’s up, the cabinet looks excellent and feels high-quality. Would definitely recommend

Sales versus service very different experience
Nice products and keen to get sales from you but when something is faulty the flexibility is poor. I loaded photos of the damaged in transit goods live to the page had confirmation my return was a green return photos didn’t connect now they won’t refund despite me paying separately for a replacement and being happy with that item

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed with entire experience. Should have checked the reviews for Pebble Grey.com which was obviously their previous domain name.
Misleading listing for mirror does not make it clear that shaver socket is not suitable for Zone 2 in bathroom unless you hunt for the small print. Customer service would only allow me to return the useless item if I changed the reason for return to "no longer needed"
Customer service provided me with untrue statement around electrical regulations. Have bought replacement from reputable bathroom mirror company instead.

The product (mirror) was well wrapped and clearly indicated that it contained a fragile item. The instructions too helped the fitting and overall the mirror is of great quality and compliments our bathroom nicely.

Worked fine for 4yrs then light wouldn’t work and got no help from Pebble Grey customer service. Just said if I didn’t have extended warranty nothing they could do. Won’t be buying again

Prompt delivery - well packaged to protect the mirror - very easy to install- looks amazing on the pink acoustic wall panel - light is wonderful- (would be even better if you could dim it) rechargeable battery is a good feature - it’s easy to take out to recharge and slot back in - easy to take the mirror off and put back in -
All in all - a wonderful mirror at a very good price compared to other battery operated ones - definitely recommend

First mirror arrived smashed
First mirror arrived smashed. Second mirror arrived smashed. Third mirror arrived in one piece and is loverly. But having to wait in for 3 deliveries was a pain. Customer service was easy to deal with and replacement sent quickly. So good and bad.

Customer service was excellent and ultimately I'm happy with the product, unfortunately the first cabinet had a defect in the mirror but this was replaced no issue, I'm very pleased with it now.

Disappointing
Decent quality products at reasonable prices. Products arrived as promised, but the hanging bar for one mirror only had 2 screw holes instead of 3. The exchange process was unnecessarily complicated and a replacement bar eventually arrived - with 4 holes, badly drilled and very roughly cut. I managed to smooth the rough edges and hang the mirror.
