I ordered and products are too big. Trying over one month to get instruction for refund. No answer. PayPal refund didn't work.
Never buy there. Fully Scam for refund.

Order is late and the customer service is not replying

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything. My card was charged immediately, yet there is no product and no delivery date.

I was initially told the delay was due to “customs procedures.” However, the tracking number clearly states “Awaiting Item,” which means the package was never shipped in the first place.

I was later told directly that they do not have inventory and that my order is not yet scheduled for delivery—and yet they continue to accept new orders and take people’s money.

I've been asking for a refund and they won't.
This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Taking payments without having inventory or a fulfillment plan is misleading at best.

I am disgusted and would strongly advise others to stay away.

GOT CHARGED, NEVER GOT MY CORSET. THE LADY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE INVENTORY AND THAT NO ORDER IS SET YET FOR DELIVERY. THEY KEEP TAKING ORDERS. I AM DISGUSTED

Purchased accidentally (the wrong size), emailed immediately saying I want to cancel the order. No reply. Emailed again to cancel it. 3 days later the order was shipped. Emailed again to cancel. Still not one reply. Terrible customer service and will obviously be returning it asap.

Edit: they refused to give me a refund multiple times offering 5% discount etc. They finally said they'd give a refund but refused to pay for return shipping which cost $26 claiming it wasn't their mistake they didn't cancel the order. Took an insane amount of arguing just to get that. Angry, very out of pocket and will never touch this scam site again.

Shipping took three weeks, and the corset arrived too late for what I had planned. I contacted customer service to request a return and they initially responded, but communication stopped after I asked for the return address. I followed up and received no response.
It has now been over a week and I still have no way to return the item. Slow shipping, poor communication, and an unresolved return process made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

I purchased a corset and skirt for my daughter for her year 12 formal. When they advised it may not arrive in time, I requested in writing 4 times to cancel the order. They acknowledged my requests, however still proceeded to post the items which arrived the day of her formal (which was of no use). I have been emailing them requesting return procedures - again they have acknowledged my request, however have still not advised me how I do this! I would not recommend this company!

Item is not as shown in add. Material doesn’t match, sizing is not accurate. Extremely poor quality!! Would never recommend!

I ordered a corset two months ago to wear in my vacation and I never got it. Costumer service just said have a happy life you would get it any time. Worst company ever.

Honestly, with all the negative reviews, I wasn't expecting much. But, it turned out to be an amazing experience. The corset looks absolutely fabulous, and the delivery was surprisingly quick (around 1 week). I have no hesitation in recommending, and I will probably purchase more in the future. ❤️

Crap corsets that don’t fit or look like the pictures and the customer service is terrible. They were running a buy one get one 50% on their website and because I purchased during this time, they don’t provide any help with returns or exchanges. Ridiculous customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

This company is based in China, not New York as advertised. They charged my card immediately but didn’t ship the items until two weeks later—only after I followed up and threatened a credit card dispute. Now shipping will take another two weeks. Based on other reviews and my experience so far, I don’t have high expectations for the product quality either.

Their website is deceptive in that they lead you to believe they will take a return with 14 days of you receiving it when actually you are required to return it to CHINA. I carefully looked at the return policy BEFORE I ordered and it said nothing about sending it back to China. Otherwise you only get a very small amount refunded or it's an exchange which does me no good since it's too short. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Scam.

On this website I ordered 3 tops it’s almost been 3 months since I ordered them and I’ve only recieved one top since there “out of stock” I emailed them and said that they need to communicate this to me because it’s ridiculous, I paid 600 for them to do this shit? It’s not worth it at all don’t order here, it’s false advertising when it comes to wait times and it’s just a drag of your money a very unprofessional website

I ordered with them and they gave me a fake tracking number. When I reached out to them they told me it was delivered but I have a locked mail package room with cameras and it was in fact not delivered. This company is a scam. I’ve heard of so many other experiences of the corset either taking forever and being horrible quality or not receiving it at all.

I’m starting to suspect that this website is a scam.
I placed an order through your platform, but despite multiple emails, I have received no response and no shipment has been sent until now. There has been absolutely no communication or follow-up from your side.

I demand a full refund immediately, as it is clear that your company is fraudulent and dishonest.

This company's customer service is absolutely a joke. I ordered a skirt that didn't fit and requested to return, the return was approved, but they requested I return the item to their warehouse located in Hong Kong. This where their scam comes in because I refused to send a skirt overseas when its a NYC based company and nowhere in there return policy state all returns need to be shipped overseas because customer would not buy. Then, they suggested I keep the skirt and they would give me $30 return and $30 store credit! Wth, no, the skirt doesn't fit so why would I keep it. Then, the tried to say the item was on sale, it was not! Then, they stated they would deduct the cost of shipping! I informed them, NO, you don't get to keep all shipping fee when I paid for shipping in both directions.
I FedEx the skirt back to NYC, they signed for it, now they're back at the beginning with the repeat email about deductions, shipping and offering to return half my money and a credit!
Not happening and I am giving them 3 business days to refund my money and if they don't my bank and PayPal will refund my money!
SO, LADIES BEWARE IF YOU EVER NEED TO DO A RETURN! KEEP THE SHIPPING LABEL ON ALL ITEMS YOU RECEIVE BECAUSE THAT'S THE ADDRESS YOU NEED TO USE. THERE IS NOTHING IN THEIR POLICY ABOUT HONG KONG WAREHOUSE!!!
