Oliver was great my on call. He was ready with the answers to all of my questions and even anticipated follow up questions I thought of before I even had to ask them. Having to make my first claim after an emergency vet trip was a stressful experience and I wasn't sure where to start. Oliver walked me through the claim form and how to submit it to them for processing. Couldn't have asked for someone better to answer the phone!

AVOID - scam pet 'insurance' company who will not pay out despite my dog needing emergency treatment for a bad case of gastroenteritis (vomiting and passing large amounts of blood). Apparently, they cap emergency treatment at £50 unless they consider the situation to be life threatening and they know that this is less than the excess and so will absolve them of paying you any money back. Alarm bells rang when I called them to ask how to claim and post-call they sent me a link which was supposed to give feedback on the level of service I had received. However, the link was to Trustpilot, which, makes their headline score look good as they are very polite over the phone but does not accurately reflect that they will simply find a way to reject your claim (when you read the 1 star reviews then this becomes apparent). They didn't even sound surprised or seem to care when I cancelled the insurance. Lesson learnt is to pay a bit more and insure through a reputable company.
