Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of a company. My dog died aged 8 half way through an insurance year. It cost nearly £1000 to put him down on the advice of our vet. They wouldn’t cover putting him down and then said as he died half way through the year they would bill for the remaining months which wiped out any payment. If I’d made him go through operations and he died on the operating table then they’d pay. I’m so annoyed I can barely type. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
