I needed to print some small tickets for a swap meet our club sponsors every year. I found Perforated Paper when doing a Google search, among a few other companies. Perforated Paper has an easy to use design interface that allowed me to create exactly what I was looking for. My order was shipped within a few days of ordering. However, UPS took almost two weeks to deliver. When I received my order it was perfect. I'll be ordering again when I need more tickets.

Used for a business, special yearly printing job. We are able to get the custom paper we need.

I ordered two different types of custom perforated pages. The web site was easy to use. It allowed me to enter exact measurements, and produced a visual preview of the pages. After placing the order, I received the order in less than ten days, which was surprisingly quick, considering that the pages were custom made. The product I received was exactly as I had specified in the order.

I highly recommend this company.

I ordered some paper with custom perforations. They sent me paper with the perforations in the wrong place. I called up and they said they'd send out the correct product at no cost to me. Hopefully it will arrive soon and this will be resolved.

Edit: The corrected order did arrive in a timely manner and I was provided with a 25% discount on my next order due to the error.

Customer service rep was able to find our old account information and made the reorder process simple.

Great paper and it was delivered on time.

I ordered blank paper to be used as a church bulletin with a tear-off card on one side. The item description was unclear about the perforation, but when I contacted support they were able to give me the information needed to make a decision. The order came exactly as described by support. Would definitely order again!

Got some great, heavy cream colored paper and it arrived on time and on budget. Was pleased as elsewhere the prices were significantly higher for lower-weight paper.

This is a re-order. I ran out and I had no problem with the paper that I had ordered early, so i ordered that exact same paper. Perforated portion tears off easily, paper is good quality and good weight.

My order was processed quickly and arrived in good condition, as always!

We buy the 24 pound perforated paper and print off weigh tickets. We often have problems with the paper perforating in the printer and thus, we have to re-do the ticket. The problem has not been so bad that we have ordered elsewhere, but it is somewhat annoying. Other than that, everything is great....shipped in a timely manner, etc.

Very satisfactory experience. We love your products and the website is very simple to use. We just wish your shipping policies were different. We would love faster shipping. Other than that we thoroughly enjoy your company and its products and look forward to working together in the future.

I dropped one star because they could use better communication. I assumed the "cover sheet" in the pack was a template and spent two hours trying to get my graphic to align just perfectly. When I went to print my certificates they were way off. I held up the "template" against the paper and found out the "template" doesn't mean anything. I know it was my fault for not checking against my specs but it could have had "not to scale" printed on it too!

I believe that it is super important that you take returns. I made a mistake in my order and when it came, it was not what I wanted. I emailed and found out that you don't take returns. Customer service did give me 40% off my second order, which was very nice. You really need to be able to take returns. Also, I'm puzzled why my order took so long to ship. Once it shipped, it arrived pretty fast, but seems like waiting for the item to ship was lengthy.
