I ordered 4 cases of perforated paper for my school. I had many questions before ordering and I found customer service to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was shipped when promised and delivered on time - well sort of. Fedex delivered the cartons to the same house number as mine but 3 blocks over. When I called perforated paper to tell them the nice lady said no problem they will refund my shipping.

Each time I have used perforated paper, the product arrives better than expected. The website is very easy to navigate & the email communication is on point. Prior to finding this product, we were printing retail tags in the tens of thousands on standard copy paper and perforating each sheet (multiple tags on each sheet) using a Large Format Digital Cutter. Suffice it to say, this is totally inefficient and time consuming; creating bottlenecks for the machine and my many other jobs requiring contour cutting! But we did what we had to do with the tools that were available to us. Now, since our tags are already "pre-perfed" we simply just print and ship. No additional cutting, finishing, or handling. My crew is very happy I was able to find such an amazing product.

I did not know would be the good weight for printing tickets - there nothing on the website give you any help to pick the right paper and rep was not helpful - now i have 500 ticket paper that i cannot use.
After a call from one of perforated papers rep. (Jerry) who was very nice and she solved the problem. So I have to say that was very excellent and fast services and I would try them again.

Excellent paper with good perf. Have used their product for almost 8 years now. I don't even look for another vender.
