Got a Corsair Lightning Node Pro from them. I looked them up and saw an A+ rating on BBB. So, I didn't spend extra for signature required shipping. It came the day it said it would with free tracking. It is definitely brand new and so they get the 5 stars

Performance-pcs has always done amazing for me. I order a LOT of different orders and they are always on top of their game!

In my personal opinion, Performance-PCs is the worst online retailer I’ve ever dealt with.

My experience is: After payment, the order page showed no usable carrier or tracking number. I was routed to a third-party “Shop” app that displayed only vague placeholders like “arriving soon.” My order showed August 22 as the arrival date. The day came, no package. On August 23 the app changed to “shipment delayed,” still with no tracking, no accountability, and no explanation.

At this point I panicked because I was leaving the next day. When I emailed demanding a tracking number, a concrete update, and expedited delivery, they replied that they had emailed me nearly a week earlier about an “inventory discrepancy” (I never received such an email). Instead of resolving the issue, they canceled my order and issued a refund while criticizing my tone. Outcome: no parts and wasted time.

Based on my experience with this order, I found this service very poor:
• No usable tracking (no carrier or tracking number on the order page).
• No proactive communication about any “discrepancy.”
• Weekend support is a voicemail.
• Response criticized my tone instead of resolving the issue.
• Cancellation first, solution never.

Context: I am in the U.S. on a very short visit and, at the time of posting, leaving in a few hours. Because of this failure, I now have to reorder from home and pay expensive international shipping for critical components.

Photos attached: screenshots showing the refunded order (US$462.78) and the zeroed out order summary. Also attached is a photo of the large shipment of water-cooling parts I received from TitanRig, Newegg, and Amazon, vendors that delivered without issue. The only missing items are the ones Performance-PCs failed to supply, which now delay my entire build.

My personal opinion: avoid at all costs. There are much better options who are reliable, professional sellers such as TitanRig, Newegg and Amazon

Fair pricing and quick shipping. PPCs has always been reliable.

The watercooler block fits exactkly. Very well made. Recommended.

Phenomenal customer service. Only issue was a technical glitch that caused my order not to show up on their end, so one of the parts ended up being out of stock before it was fulfilled. They worked with me to change it and shipped right away.
