I had a interaction with Ash from Perlego and all I can say is the level of customer services is unmatched, it was not a major issue but i felt like I was treated as important as a major issue, he deserves a pay raise immediately because this interaction has made me recommend Perlego to all my peers at university whom haven’t already subscribed

The app works well and allows me great access to books all searchable etc. Some books don't have page numbers which is irritating when doing citations it makes that referencing difficult.
The customer support has been great and they've been really responsive to changes I needed to make to my subscription during it quickly and efficiently. Thanks

Very helpful. There are a lot of books to review and read. The option of underlying and making notations is great and easy to come back to. Not all the books have the "aloud" option, but when they do, the reading is not robotic and easy to listen to.

The resources for learning are extraordinary—an excellent value for life-long-learning!

I find Perlego extremely useful for my research work. It allows me to quickly discover and access relevant sources, which saves me a lot of time. I also really appreciate the reading mode with audio, as it lets me listen to books while doing other tasks at home. A great tool for both study and everyday life.

The content and the platform are amazing. The only problem for me it’s sometimes the reading experience, I believe it should be updated. I love this platform.

They don't have all the books I want, but the catalog is good enough that the pricing beats going a la carte elsewhere. Also love the gradients that make it easier to read for long stretches. Especially helpful when I'm reading late at night!

The reading experience on the app could stand to improve, however. Highlighting isn't very smooth, and the app tends to forget my latest reading position (lagging behind, a bit).

There is a wealth of books to choose from although I would have liked some more and recent titles in the IT sector.
