Sian is the ONLY person I trust with my brows and have been seeing her for over 5 years. She has such a good eye for getting the best out of your own brows and creating a natural-looking PERFECT brow. My brows were sparse and lacked definition and she thickened them and gave them shape. My boyfriend said to me the other day - ‘you look so pretty without makeup’ and I put it all down to my brows. I wear less makeup now and spend less time on it in the morning. Sian was very professional & listened to any concerns . My brows were very arched & as I preferred another shape , wasn’t sure if this was possible .
We discussed all options and then Sian sketched the brows in to ensure I was first happy with the shape .
The result was perfect and I left feeling happy with instructions for aftercare and a review appointment made .
The receptionist was lovely , chatty and reassuring and made an excellent first impression .

Sian is amazing at what she does - takes the time to understand exactly how you want your eyebrows to look and will map different styles out first if you are still undecided. I was having a touch-up after having my brows initially done by Sian about 18 months ago and she was really precise at following the strokes / shape of her prior work. The clinic itself is in a great location and very clean.

Sian guided me through my first and second micro blading sessions and put me at ease immediately. She talked me through the process before and during the treatments. I liked her calm and friendly attitude and loved the result.

I decided to try microblading to even out my eyebrows and make them appear slightly fuller. I had tried a number of other treatments, but microblading has by far been the most successful for me. Sian was great and made me feel really at ease. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and Sian is really methodical and precise, to ensure I got the look I was most happy with.

I have been getting my semi permanent eyebrows done for over 10 years by Sian. Through the years I have always been able to get the most up to date looks as Sian is always setting the trends and her skill and precision is second to none. Sian gives the best advice and I will never forget one year when she told me to go thicker and I was like whaaat are you crazy??? And guess what? When I went for my top up the following year, I was like, can we make them thicker please? I highly recommend Sian, for her professionalism, skill and her ability to make you feel comfortable and confident. Your in extremely good hands people, she's worth every penny. Unfortunately, I have to revert this original 5 star to a 1 star. Having experienced dismissive customer service on more than 5 attempts to book my next appointment. I have had no valid reason why my account has been denied service, especially when I'm sending numerous referrals. My 5 star was for real Sian, you are great at your work but selecting clients and ignoring customer requests may come back and haunt you one day.

Ive know Sian for many years, she created my new eyebrows and I have always gone back to have them retouched. I went to someone else when she was pregnant and that was the biggest regret - Sian corrected my brows and I will not go to anyone else now.

I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time, at first I was unsure on whether to go through with this procedure. However, I am very pleased that I did as they are perfect and have saved me from having to draw on my eyebrows everyday! I had a great experience from start to finish with Sian. I was initially apprehensive, having never really had any procedures like this before, but as soon as I arrived I felt at ease and completely trusting of Sian's skills. Having my eyebrows reshaped and styled like this has totally changed my routine in the morning - I don't have to draw them on each day - and everyone that I have shown is very impressed at how natural they look.

Visited Sian Dellar to get some fake freckles done. She was very professional and explained the procedure, making me feel instantly comfortable. I knew I was in good hands and the final results are amazing! I have been receiving so many compliments about my freckles and they look really natural.

The first time I went to see Sian some years back, she charged me £100 for the normally free top-up service as I had missed the top up window marginally due to overwhelming work commitments. At the time I found this particularly callous, seeing as I had paid £500 for half an hour of her time, but she was unforgiving. I saw the terrible reviews about her since then and yet still made the awful mistake of going back to her this year, purely because I did not know another make up artist in London who specialises in microblading. Sian was all smiles this time, unlike her very cold and unwelcoming demeanour last time, and I put this down to her having learned from the awful feedback she has been receiving. I told Sian that the first time round my brows looked extremely harsh so we agreed that she would put in less pigment in this time and I accepted that the results would not be as durable. However, on healing, my brows are actually a horrific shade of grey (yes, grey!!!!! - please explain?!). I raised this with her and in typical “I only care about your cash” fashion, Sian said “well you wanted them lighter, if you want it fixed you need to pay another £100”. This, on top of the £500 I had already paid! To be clear, I did not want lighter brows - I simply wanted a less intense look because the last time I had to hide in my house for 10 days - I looked like Charlie Chaplin!!! A less intense look was described by her to me as less going over with the ink, NOT grey eyebrows. She didn’t actually even offer to see me so I could show her the awful result in person - she just had her PA email me to basically say that will be another £100 m’am! Honestly, this is customer service at its absolute worst - twice I have been to this lady, and both times she couldn’t look past my wallet. PLEASE STAY AWAY and warn others to do the same. Ps. Oh, she also never sent me aftercare instructions like she said she would so I had to google them. For £500, a little note with aftercare instructions would have been nice!

PLEASE WATCH OUT!!! After looking at Sian's work on Instagram, I decided to get in touch in order to request an appointment for eyebrow microblading. At the time I did not know much about the aftercare and how long it takes for this procedure to heal (I happen to work with the public and I cannot afford to have anything looking different from the norm on my face so any procedures should be little or none obvious at all). My fault is that I did not realise this from the start!! I proceeded to get in touch and the lady that dealt with me via e-mail was extremely helpful and very informative, after I mentioned I wanted to have an eyebrow microblading treatment, she sent me an email with the cost and also the first available appointment. Included in that e-mail, was a link to their website, which she said it would be useful to look at for prices and expectations of the clinic. All's fair up to that point! The information she sent me in her e-mail, included the price for the procedure I wanted to do, so there was no need for me to use the link to check out prices. Also, after looking at Sian's work on Instagram, I knew what to expect about the treatments (before and after results). So, I chose NOT to open the link to their website since I had all the information I needed! There was an appointment found for me in the middle of April by the lady I dealt with via e-mail and I was sent an e-mail prompting me to pay a £200 deposit in order to secure the appointment. All is good so far! After all was done, I mentioned to my work colleagues I was very exited about having this procedure and a couple of them brought to my attention that the results (while healing) for the first couple of weeks are/can be very obvious and maybe not what I should be opting for an acceptable work image! I looked at the healing images of others online and read even more about the procedure and decided not to go ahead with it. Surely I am allowed to change my mind?? The time that lapsed between me making the appointment and canceling the appointment was no less than 48 hours. I proceeded to send an e-mail to the lady I dealt with so far, in order to advise that I did unfortunately change my mind about this procedure and I requested my deposit back. She sent me an e-mail asking me why I changed my mind and told me that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Of course I had no idea at this point about THE POLICY of this establishment, so I replied by saying this is AN OUTRAGE!! Why a client is PENALISED for changing their mind (and giving notice in good time)? I did say I would go to SOCIAL MEDIA with this (which I am and will stand my ground about it all, since my views are that this is a totally unfair policy)! In the e-mail I received back, the lady I dealt with all along said that I should have clicked on THE LINK on the email she sent me (which as I mention before already included all the information I needed anyway), in order to check the prices for procedures and expectations of the clinic and low and behold THE REFUND POLICY!!!! So, by not using the link of course I had no idea about this!! I proceeded to say that my advise is that THE LINK TO THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT PAGE SHOULD INCLUDE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY AND THAT DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! If this information was there in BLACK AND WHITE at least I would have known what I was dealing with from the start! I conclude this review by saying that, I am sure that Sian is amazing in her work, it does show on the pictures on Instagram where I came across what she does, but PLEASE WATCH OUT!!! Make 300% sure you do want to go ahead with this procedures since you are NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!!! In this day and age, consumer rights have gone promptly out of the window!!
