horrible customer experience... again
I don't even know why I tried again. After the first bad experience, I gave it another try and ordered again. Result, 1 item not shipped, no communication received at all about it, and just realized because I got refunded some days later. Not to mention that emails, shipping, etc is all screwed or just absent...
They have a long to way to go to match any other internet commerce company.

Sports brands for all pockets
Products are generally good, but some things may go better. I ordered twice, more than one product; each time products arrived in separate shipments and some products were sent much later, after sending e-mails to client service. Client Service was very friendly, professional and really helpful.
When I had to return some of the products, that went fast in the shop.

We send our packages from our warehouse or from the stores, sometimes we need to send the products from diffrent stores in diffrent locations to complete your whole order. Thats why you sometimes receive more packages for just one order. It's great to hear the returning the products went to flawless. Enjoy your day!

I literally wasted 3 days of work in order to take this damn shoes since nobody could take it for me. We all know that DHL together with PostNL are the WORST of the WORST.
I contact the Perry customer service to get some clarification about where my package was and if it will be ever delivered. They answer my email after 7 days.
First and last time with Perry Sport.

EDIT: I know I can change it he delivery time but you know not everyone works Monday-Friday 9-17? And that DHL do not deliver on sundays? If DHL says “Hey, please, stay home because today I’m by your door” we all expect this to happen. They have a lack of efficiency in their system, you should definitely change it to something else. Providing your customer with cheap shipping services brings situations like this.

I'm sorry to read that things went far from smoothly with your delivery.
Of course is does not help you anymore with this past delivery, but did you know that once the track & trace link is active, you have an option to change the delivery via said track & trace link? If you enter your postal code in the top right corner of the track & trace,, you will see more information and somewhere in the middle there is an option to make a change to the delivery. Delivery to a DHL service point is one of the options.
As for the late response to your email, my apologies for that. Due to the increased amount of online orders, we were also increasingly more busy, causing a very long response time for a while. Luckily we have welcomed several new colleagues and are finally catching up on our backlog. Hopefully we will be better prepared for busy times from this moment on :) .
