AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT A TOTAL NIGHTMARE, THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.
Put a refundable deposit on Nissan Pathfinder NJ13 YDV on 9th of Febuary. Their advert said vehicle in preparation, after 7 weeks of lies and prevarication it was delivered 4 hours later than agreed on 28th of March, just before my insurers closed for the bank holiday weekend.
They strung me along with we found this problem, waiting for this part etc. Rather than apologies and just admit they couldnt trace the fault.
I later learnt all the supposed work had been done prior to advertising the vehicle
It was delivered with a MOT issued that day, only to find later that evening the back door wouldnt open from the outside. A clear MOT failure, I took it to a local testing station and found advisorys not on the MOT underneath.
PMG have their own workshops so dont trust the paperwork.
As for the 140 point check dont bother, they missed the basics like the mirror puddle light out and bad wiper blades.
I returned the vehicle for a cash refund and was not fully refunded, and was told in front of a witness that the deposit would be refunded when I sent a copy of the transfer slip as I had already registered it in my name. I never recieved my deposit and expenses due to not being able to unlock the steering - another fault. ( I had to take a taxi home £60)
The ABS also had a fault and pedal pulsed under moderate braking.

As for the Blackstar warranty Its a joke, £200 max claim, and thats if the fault is on the meagre qualifying list.
Nowhere did PMG state the very limited conditions of this worthless piece of paper
To conclude
DO NOT BUY AT A DISTANCE FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF THEY DONT DELIVER WHEN AGREED.

Megan at the Evesham site was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
