Excellent customer service support

Persimmon at Mown Meadows have been wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better support when buying our first home together. Garry and James the site managers have been nothing but fantastic with us. They are so quick at fixing any snagging and couldn't do more to help us. We are lucky to be on a site that offers that support!

Amanda in the Sales Office was amazing from start to finish with our purchase.
Carl, the assistant site manager, rest in peace, was a credit to your company and will be sadly missed. Again, the service we received from him from first meeting until his untimely passing was again amazing.

Caleb was very helpful and answer any questions and queries through the whole process.

The sales team are absolutely amazing we cannot thank them enough, if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have got through the paperwork or indeed have managed to buy the house, they helped us beyond their responsibilities and were truly amazing!

Roger and Tom were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They kept me updated on the progress every week, which gave me great peace of mind. I’m delighted that I was able to secure my home and move in smoothly. Thank you both for your excellent support and communication!

Such a wonderful team! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the process. We’ve had an excellent experience with Persimmon from start to finish, and my partner and I couldn’t be happier with our new home. Very approachable reps and staff around the site. All persons that we have had contact with for various reasons have been professional and friendly. The house itself is to a good/high standard in terms of finish with a few little things here and there. When discussing these site manager (Steve) has been on the ball. No complaints apart from the grass turfing being a bit delayed but other than that very happy and lucky with our house at Herrington Grange.

Big thanks to Paddy and Gary from the customer care painting team. They’ve just finished some work on my skirting boards and door frames, and they look absolutely sensational.

I was quite an anxious buyer as I was dealing with buying my new home on my own. Now that I have moved to my new home (because home is the right way to describe the feeling I had as soon as I brought my first boxes in on completion day) Everyone that I have come into contact with have been exceptional. My sales manager (Sharon) who navigated the whole process.(no question was too small for her, even the deliberation of where to put the garden shed) to all the hard working men who work on site. As soon as I mention something to my site manager he has it sorted instantly. He even carried my tumble dryer in for me out the back of the car. I am given the feeling that everyone involved really cares that I am safe, happy and settling in. I plan to live in my new home for a long time. The finish internally is of a very high standard which is piece of mind to me because it gives me confidence moving forward and I am assured that in the future if help is needed there is an infrastructure in place to help. Thank you all for caring. I would recommend persimmon homes to anyone who asked my opinion.

Persimmons has sets of competent team ranging from the site sales officers, the duo of Julie and Rob, to the site management, contractors and other craft men working tirelessly to achieve a business goal in the areas of quality and standard project delivery/product and services. We appreciate these whole team support from search, to mortgage guidiance, to buying and to completion and to moving home. We can as well appreciate the post completion support too like registering of our new post code with the post office, council bin application and utility provider registration and snag complaint form follow up and closing.

The list is endless in what this Persimmons team do and therefore the current service is excellent and acceptable.

I would advise continuous improvement through using feedback like this, check list or other KPI metrics to assess the ongoing performance of the site team. This is on course as planned.

At the moment there is nothing to advise other than to sustain the excellent performance and if possible to surpass it.

Our dream house made completely possible by persimmon homes, we moved in 2 weeks ago and the staff and all associated with persimmon have been amazing throughout. We completed a part exchange and the whole process was as easy as 123. Would highly recommend also the site plans don’t do the property any justice, way bigger than expected and a superior build quality amazing

HARLESTONE GRANGE, NORTHAMPTON:
Moved in on 26th June, but had to report the boiler a day later due to cold water throughout the property caused by an air lock which hadn’t been checked prior. Not ideal with a record breaking heatwave and a toddler. Spoke to Customer Care who has not responded. 8th July - Call out due to low water pressure and pressure gauge in boiler significantly dropped. We also have an overhanging dry verge which we have requested to be sorted as this hangs over our driveway, creating a massive risk. Water pressure was sorted & gauge adjusted but nobody has yet attended for the dry verge, which was also on their repairs report prior to us moving in.
9th July - Came downstairs to a very damp ceiling in the living room which has covered over our light also. Spoke to site manager who said he’d find a plumber and have it sorted. This was shortly after 10am and it is now 3pm, but nobody has attended. Site manager also didn’t have a copy of the repairs report, all of which should have been done prior to us moving in. Concerns with water pressure and pipes were noted on there.

Cannot fault the Sales Team whatsoever, however these checks should have been done by the appropriate contractors and with ignorance from the Customer Care Team, this is less than satisfactory.

Serene environment, cheerful and friendly staff, who are knowledgeable and polite.
