This company has taken £99.95 from my bank account. I can find nothing on my computer, telephone etc. Regarding a purchase, never heard of them. My bank is investigating potential fraud Beware!

I have had absolutely no contact with this company and yet, they have taken £99:95 out of my bank account!! My bank is looking into it but there is no guarantee I will ever see that money again. Because of this there was not enough money to pay my home insurance so now I have no cover, I’m going to turn my electric off and sleep on the sofa in A. a fire starts and B. in case someone breaks in.

69.99 was taken from my dads bank,they say it's for membership for discount in the catalogue that keeps coming through the post my dad has never used them but another company under the same company ownership it really upset him that they could do this. They say they will refund the money but will wait and see if not them it goes further.

Like Paul from August 2017 , only last week this “company” took £69.99 from my bank account ...I haven’t heard of them let alone ordered anything from them . This has resorted in my card being cut up. How is it this company is still allowed to trade ????

Never received goods, no answer to email

This company has just charged our credit card £69.99 we've never heard of this company before!!!! So phoned the credit card company and they confirmed that this company is a fraudulent company!!!!!! Do not use this crap company Personal Choice, we've had to cancel our credit card because of these scammers 😬

Unfortunately just read previous reviews! As everyone else has said a) orders don't arrive, b) customer service phones are not answered, and if they are the staff are abrupt and unhelpful, c) emails go unanswered and d) five months on you've lost the will to continue chasing a refund - you've already spent more in phone calls and time than the refund is worth.

Took 5 weeks to receive my order along with free gifts i did not want only to find they reduced the amount on my items but charged me for the free gifts so i got reduced amounts on refund and had to pay to send free gifts back to get a refund. Customer service are full of excuses. Items are awful market quality and not as described. Do not use these. They also trade as other names.

ordered goods 9/12/14 promised delivery in time for christmas ,it is now 10th jan and nothing . spoken to customer services twice ( premium rate 10p a minute) told goods had not been sent due to a fire then told they had been dispatched and it was the hermes couriers fault , rude and sarcastic man on the phone , also used the e mail facility on their website but the e mail also disappeared on sending ....... same as the goods did .

Ordered a pair of boots on 12 Dec14. Was told they would be here in time for christmas. I paid £3.99 extra for express delivery.
I have not been able to speak to them on the phone as it seems always
to be engaged. On the odd occasions I did get through I was told I had to speak to another department which they put me through to. Again nobody answered this phone either.
It is now 10 January 15. Boots have not arrived!
I will certainly never use this company again. The service is missing there and on top of this the ladies on the phone do not seem to care
or be prepared to help you.

When I ordered I was promised delivery by christmas. I telephoned on friday 19th, and was told Yodel had picked the parcel up two days ago. I was not given a tracking number. I found out since I need before Yodel will speak to me. I telephone today but you were closed????. My parcel is not on the local Yodel van as I have spoken to the driver so you and Yodel have left me in Limbo land and two little girls with out part of their presents. I will not be dealing with either Company again.

This company took my money on 30th November and it still had not arrived by 23rd December despite my having paid £4.99 for delivery on an item costing less than £10.00. Apparently they do not send items for 28 days after purchase. Do not use.
