On calling you get through to a "helpdesk" that ask the same inane questions and refuse to put you through to the sales team.

I spoke to a sales person yesterday who gave a very good offer. However it is impossible to contact that person, I have emailed and tried calling. On calling you get through to a "helpdesk" that ask the same inane questions and refuse to put you through to the sales team.

I had called many times but got the same script from the "helpdesk" and simply can not speak back to the sales team. This is the worst communication from a company ever and I have had to look elsewhere as it is just impossible to communicate with a person who knows what they are doing. Really shockingly bad communication and I find the other positive reviews highly dubious. AVOID!
