Fast service and professional

I was involved in a road traffic accident last year august 2019. From the get go as it was the first accident I had ever been involved in, I didn’t know what to do or how to handle it, until a family member recommended Personal Injury Assist. From the onset they were very professional and took care of everything for me! Including a vehicle for me to travel to and from work and university in whilst my own was being repaired, as well as booking me in for medical examinations. The key thing for me was the communication level I received with my handlers, who from the time they received my file kept me well informed of proceedings and constantly assured me that they would fight my corner and try his best to get me the best possible outcome! In the end I came out with a positive outcome, the best that could be expected given the circumstances and a good pay check at the end of it. I would highly recommend Personal Injury Assist and Sheirs Solicitors, to anybody involved in a road traffic accident who is looking for honesty, professionalism of the highest standard and people who care!

Severe lack of communication, not proactive, can never speak to my claims handler. 25% of the claim will go in their hands for doing barely anything.... DO NOT USE.
Detail: I submitted a claim last year, PIA messed around with it for months - saying they hadn't received my sign off emails / detail etc, they had no updates for me when I called for months - felt like the claim was just sat in a black hole. They finally sent me for a medical and it wasn't pleasant - doctor late, uninterested, dismissive and a tick box exercise. I fed this back to PIA within days (this was in August). I received ZERO response until they sent me a copy of the medical report (in October!), the medical report not detailing everything as I expected from my poor experience. I escalated this in November and found out nothing had been done of my complaint in August, was told they'd have to send my remarks back to the doctor to comment on , this again took weeks. Finally after I chased and chased they said I'd have to go for another medical with a different doctor. I reluctantly agreed, they then sent me letters and appointments to go back to the original doctor!!!! - Yet more phone calls to correct this.
Finally I see a doctor that was pleasant. Medical report not received for 6 weeks. Then suddenly start getting more appointment letters with no information as to what they are about, try and speak to the claims handler and as usual they aren't available....
I could go on and on. But if you are still reading - Do not use this company. I may as well handle the claim myself - they are useless. I'm 10 months on from when I put the claim in!!!! and it's not even a complicated claim! the 3rd party was prosecuted 18 months ago by the magistrates for driving without due care and attention!!
