My original complaint was close to the time I had my accident in June- since then I have spoken to someone twice regarding my case. I have rang many times over the months and I have emailed information as requested. Right now I am being ignored despite the young woman I have spoken to many times telling me someone will get back to me. I have informed the group of my disability and injuries sustained but they have still failed to give me any information at all. I feel misled as this trust pilot review does not match their office branch's name (same telephone number and email) Sheirs Solicitors of Bradford, who have had similar reviews to mine- poor communication and no resolve. Fortunately I still have the texts and phone records with yourself- it is the correct company. In fact, I was asked several times to remove my review and had to listen to ome of your staff being shouted at whilst I was on the phone- I felt uncomfortable and intimidated and had to block your number to prevent any further requests to "resolve my complaint".
