Lovely keepsake for my daughters 18th birthday

I ordered the split heart necklace with ‘her king’ and ‘his queen’ on it with engraving either side on the back. The package arrived EARLY and it looks better in person than online. Would order from here again and very excited to give this to the gf

Not sure where all the bad reviews of this company have mysteriously disappeared to! Purchased a personalised item and was sent something that was fake. Avoid like the plague.

I bought this pendant for my Daughter after my 24 year marriage ended.It was a well thought out gift with personal meaning to both of us.Initially my daughter loved it.Words were moving and looked very pretty.
I buy solid silver all the time both budget and “Designer” so I am well versed about this metal.
After a 4 hr trip out for a Meal the pendant went black round the edges and had lots of little “Scratches” on the surface,Also lost any shine it had.I have paid a 5th of this amount For silver and the Silver has never Tarnished.After I complained The company said it was “Normal” for silver to tarnish like this(4 hrs wear really?).
Tarnish comes off after cleaning the Silver,not one of these marks has come off after using a sonic jewellery cleaner and A homemade paste for cleaning.It is not tarnished it is peeling.The company Are still telling me it’s tarnished.Fifty pounds for 4 hrs wear and it looks like cheap Tat now.All they keep saying to me is “Phone Trading standards“.Trading standards can’t refund me.This company won’t.*Update.I Received A full refund as I raised a PayPal Dispute.Worst customer service i have ever encountered from this retailer!!!

I wrote a re view yesterday and can’t find it so here goes again I ordered a personalised tie clip for my husband on our 33rd wedding anniversary which is amethyst the tie clip amethyst was so minute you couldn’t see the colour at all I felt embarrassed giving this and had to explain the significance amethyst is a cheap stone absolutely disgusted with this product would have returned but personalise also emailed company a week ago no response dreadful

Beautiful personalised long/latitude cufflinks. Pictures on web do not do them justice. Well made, polished silver with very decent engraving. Customer service was also excellent. Would definitely buy from again
