Order arrived when expected and was as described on purchase. I am pleased with the necklaces and my husband was too. I bought them for our 30 Anniversary, and we are both in our 70s, so romance is still alive and well!

Would never use this company again!! Point blank rude, I placed an order on in November, I hadn’t heard anything not even a confirmation email of my order- I then emailed the company 1st week of December and was told they was behind and my order would arrive in time for Christmas, along with other excuses was told my item was being dispatched that day then I didn’t hear anything- I waited until the 12th of December and asked why I still hadn’t received the item. Paula (person emailing me from other end) told me I was self untitled rude and that I’d been refunded that day. Still 4 days later still haven’t received my refund and upon request for proof of my refund as nothing added up still no proof and no response! It’s now past a month since I placed my order and I’ve not received the item nor my money back. Rude, thieving and when it’s something so sentimental damn right disrespectful!!! This company has no care or compassion in anything they do and they’re manners and customer service skills are terrible!! I asked for proof of my refund

Took a while to arrive but happy with it when it finally got here.

I am extremely happy with the service and quality of the jewellery I have purchased. I had a slight hiccup with one of my items but contact the company and within 15 minutes it was all sorted after corresponding with a lovely lady named Paula and posted out to me. Personalised Jewellery I thank you so much, the jewellery I have purchased are more than beautiful.

Excellent company ordered yesterday and arrived today with free postage. Lovely locket of excellent quality.

Review on company website didn't appear so here we are.
Bought a skeleton pocket watch which was terrible quality. The minute and hour hand were so out of synch by 20 mins that you couldn't read the time. Also when you pressed the button the back opened first so difficult to hold and see the time. We did get a refund for the watch but lost the postage cost as apparently this was all normal! Dreadful.
(NB since had reply saying that the hand alignment problem was untrue which is itself incorrect. I have photographs. Also I have mentioned that I was refunded but had been told I would get the postage back as well which didn't happen.)

This necklace is absolutely beautiful I am very pleased with the quality and the engraving it’s just amazing. I really love it and can hardly wait to give it to my granddaughter at Xmas. I’m sure she will love it just as I do.
