I ordered the double sterling silver dog tags and had them personalised for my sons 18th birthday. Because what I wanted was very specific, and not available using the normal ‘personalisation’ fields and options available on the website, I corresponded with the lovely Paula via email... she couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring... and when the order arrived, there was a small problem with part of the personalisation, which I contacted Paula about straightaway... again, she was fab, and promised to put right the error so I was happy... and indeed I am.
I won’t hesitate to go back to this company and use them again. I’m a VERY happy customer 😊

Ordered a designer SOS dog tag. Came so quick and I left the company to the layout of the engraving. So impressed with the quality of the product and the engraving.
The price and quality is far superior than most of these companies that specialise in medical alert jewellery.

Good communication from the company. - The product was out of stock initially, but I was email when back in, which was within a couple of days. The order was completely very quickly and arrived next day!

Purchased a gift for my future husband on our wedding day.
It was an engraved bracelet. I was worried due to the reviews but thought I would try them anyway as most people only review the bad and not the good.

I made a slight error in spelling, I emailed about it, had a very quick response and this was rectified for me straight away.

I received the bracelet very quickly and have to say I am very very pleased with it! It looks better than I thought it would be and the quality is very good! Would definitely use again!

Will be calling trading standards. I sent back a broken item over a month ago and still awaiting my replacement. I have contacted them by email and facebook several times and no one has contacted me. So basically they have my money and I have no product. Secondly I paid extra or Saturday delivery initially and the product didn't turn up until days after.

Order did not turn up when they said it would, so I emailed them. Customer services were beyond rude, they were argumentative. Told me the delivery date was only estimated, which was never mentioned on the website. Then the woman went on to say they were very busy because of Father’s Day. Surely they know it’s coming every year, if they can’t keep up they shouldn’t be in business! What on Earth will they be like over Christmas?! I will never ever go near their site again.

IGNORE BAD REVIEWS!!! - my best friend passed away and i wanted something ASAP engraved, i ordered a personalised heart split in two to leave one half with her and keep the other half, i am incredibly happy not only with the service but the product, i emailed to change this only the night before and they accommodated my every need and ensured i had delivery as this was ordered in an extremely tight time frame. Unbelievably pleased with this company. Incredible.

UPDATE- Item finally arrived this morning and was not only late but is damaged. Huge chunk of silver missing from the top of the heart which is sharp to touch. I have had to open a PayPal case as seller is unwilling to refund. Also emailed me and asked to me remove my feedback ************
Absolutely appalling service. Paid for Saturday delivery at a disgusting price of £12 and received an email from Royal Mail stating it WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL MONDAY 25.03. THIS HAS RUINED MY BIRTHDAY WHICH IS TOMORROW HENCE PAYING FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY. Spoken to Royal Mail and turns out they didn’t even post as Saturday delivery and didn’t even despatch until after 5pm on Friday. What a joke!!
I even emailed and spoke to a lady called Paula who confirmed my delivery would be today!!!
A joke of a company and a complete waste of time- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They only post the positive reviews on their site which is DISHONEST. I’ve had no replies to my numerous emails, they don’t open on a Saturday which is a joke for a retail establishment so I now have no birthday gift from my daughter. Thanks Personalised Jewellery, you’ve really made my day ‘special’

I was very apprehensive about ordering with this company as I had seen the negative reviews here however I couldn’t find the same product literally anywhere else and really liked it so I decided to take the risk and leave an extra week for delivery. The bracelet came on the exact day it was promised and the engraving looks great. I’m confused by the bad reviews but I’ve put it down to people being more likely to leave reviews when they have a bad experience. I’m really happy with mine and excited to give it as a gift. I guess I just wanted to confirm incase anyone else is wondering whether to risk it like me!

Worst customer service I have ever come across!! Various ladies answered the phone and none of them could tell me anything about my order nor put me through to anyone who could! I would strongly suggest anyone thinking of using this company to avoid it like the plague. I for one will be ringing Trading Standards and reporting them for how I have been treated.

Exactly as someone said below this company are extremely rude when dealing with complaints regarding their inferior products.
Rather than simply rectifying a problem they go out of their way to try and make YOU look in the wrong with threats and abuse.
Use this company at your peril.
There are much more deserving honest quality sellers out there...these are not.

Ordered a personalised necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas, I am very happy with thus product it is much better quality than I expected and it came in 2 days when it said it would be a week.

I had a massive issue with this company with trying to get hold of them. It turns out they have had an issue with emails and phones. Once i spoke with the owner my product was dispatched asap and i received it the next day. Love the product 5 stars *****

please sort the communication issues out.

Still awaiting a refund as I has sent the locket I purchased back a month ago, they don't answer there phones only reply by rude emails.
Minus 10 from me, don't waste your money

So I was a little sceptical about ordering from this company, mainly because when I saw their add on instagram I immediately came here to check them out as a company. When I saw there was only 1 review I panicked a little (So many scams out there). However, I decided to take the chance as I really wanted a particular necklace. I'm glad I did. I got my jewellery item engraved, also paid extra for fast delivery and it arrived on the day they said. I wasn't holding out much hope for the quality of the jewellery as it was pretty inexpensive but it's actually not to bad at all. All in all a very good experience and I'll definitely order again.
