A great service from Dean, which I can't fault whatsoever. A speedy response with a visit the same day, and regular visits in the past three weeks that have been hassle-free and most importantly, solved our rodent issue for the foreseeable at least. If you want a responsive and reliable solution you can have confidence in, then give Dean a call. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation.

Outstanding service. Dean showed a lot of empathy to my situation and took the time to listen and explain in detail the process which added a nice personal touch. I was kept well informed of what was happening and he was happy to answer any questions I had. He had a nice calming manner, which helped a great deal under the circumstances. Would highly recommend.

A first class service. Nothing is too much trouble. As a business we now have a monthly contract in place and since the beginning it has proved very successful in keeping the problem under control.

After calling Pest Boss and speaking with Dean, the service received from our initial discussion all the way through to the completion of the services was 5 out of 5.
The initial call was made on a Friday evening and come the following Monday, Dean was at our property providing the required service.
After not knowing exactly what pests we had (bed bugs), Dean provide professional advice and his expertise in how to tackle the issue straight away on witnessing the affected areas.
All through the process/treatment Dean provided the upmost best service and helped to reassure that the issue will be resolved and the pests we encountered will be dealt with and we can resume our normal living.
I cannot express how impressed i was with the service provided, competitive costs, aftercare and the empathy provided.

Dean was highly professional when he came round and was able to give me some great advice to put my mind at ease. I would 100% recommend using him and I won't hesitate to give him a call back if I ever need to.

Dean is an absolute pleasure to deal with and clearly enjoys his work . We found ourselves in a position of having mice in our house for the first time. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely reliable. He has a tracker so you can see when he is going to arrive and he called me to let me know he was held up in traffic and would be about 15 minutes late on one occasion. He made a standard three visits all for one price and encouraged text/ phone calls if we were worried or had any questions in between his visits. Cost wise he was at least half the price of Rentokil. He is a tidy worker and uses shoe covers when in the house. He has left us with a 4 week guarantee which I hope we wont use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean.

Dean was professional and thorough eradicating my issue with rats. He found the source of entry and cut if off after removing any remaining rats.

Dean has been a real saviour! We realised we had bed bugs in bedrooms, and I were scared and miserable. I'm horribly allergic to the bites so I was having a really rough time. But even before the first visit, Dean made it a point to calm me down and reassure me that everything will be okay. Throughout the visits Dean has been kind, and has given me plenty of information and advise on what to do. He has thoroughly treated all areas, and gone above and beyond with each visit. He genuinely cares. I am so grateful for his help, and definitely recommend him.

Dean was absolutely brilliant! Took the time to explain everything, how the mice had got in and what he would do to get them out!
He was extremely polite and courteous and brought shoe covers for when he moved around the house.
The job was carried out swiftly and smoothly. He did additional checks around the outside of the house and has been in contact since to check on the progress.

Dean of Pest Boss Ltd was very professional, investigated the problem thoroughly and removed the infestation very quickly. Dean made 3 visits in total to make sure there was no further infestation and only closed the job when he was satisfied the problem had been resolved. I would definitely recommend Pest Boss Ltd.

I called pest boss after waking up to quite a number of wasps on my first floor landing. He managed to get out to me the same day, resolved the issue, was very thorough when looking for a possible nest, very knowledgable and informative and gave me lots of tips and advice.
