I contacted Dean with regards to a possible pest problem and he replied very quickly stating there was no problem and that I did not require their services.
Not many companies would be that honest and I appreciated the help provided.
I contacted 4 other companies and received no replies which shows the good integrity and genuine traits of this company.

Dean came to sort out our mice problem and was very professional and also kind and understanding about our problem. He was very thorough and it was a great relief to feel the mice situation was finally being brought under control by a professional. He always arrived on time for the three visits and alerted us by text about his time of arrival. I would highly recommend Dean for dealing with mice or any other pest control.

Extremely professional and competent. We received fantastic five star plus service and result. Dean immediately sorted our rat in the house issue, he knew exactly where to look and took the appropriate action. Highly recommended, he is definitely the go to guy if you have pest control issues.

Would highly recommend where to start had bed bugs and was heavily pregnant found dean called him and was a emotional wreck with in a day he come to my home and started the procedure he was outstanding not only did he explain everything he was doing and how it woukd work he also supported me with the process to as it was hard to understand why i would get such things and was finding it had to except. With the right amount of visits and stuff he used i currently havent been bit or seen more and for me that is a releif. Im and so greatful for the work he put in and not only visiting but staying in contact through the whole process thankyou 😀

Absolutely outstanding service.
We had a problem with cat fleas. Dean came out the same day to deal with the problem, he was very thorough, professional and knowledge, yet was very approachable.
We had 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and Dean got in touch inbetween treatments to how things were going, he provided a perfect service and has completely cleared the fleas.

Dean is amazing, we had a mouse problem and with a small baby this was a massive worry. Dean came out the afternoon of the day I called him and was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing to get rid of the mice. Very reassuring and our problem with the mice was quickly solved.

I had a pigeon stuck down chimney. Dean turned up quickly and got the pigeon out alive and well. Very professional and one very happy customer and an even happier pigeon.

I used Pest Boss to remove nesting pigeons from a gutter, the issue was dealt with quickly and everything explained to me along with assurance that I can call them back if pigeons return (preferring not to have spikes fitted at this stage).
