Placed an order on Friday online as I couldn't find it anywhere else received my order Tuesday afternoon,
Everything I ordered. I emailed when I placed order to make sure it was a available, responded swiftly to let me know it should arrive by Tuesday and was in stock. Very pleasant company to do business with.

So today I got my orthopaedic bed off pet bliss for my dog that has arteries delivery was excellent and extremely cheap and gls did a great delivery as usual I will be back to pet bliss again thank you. 🐶

Great selection of products and very helpful staff

Absolutely amazing customer service. we ordered the Large Vivexotic habitat which was delivered within 48hrs. however, it sat in the hall for nearly a week before we were putting it together. upon unpacking we discovered a cracked runner. as we had had the item for several days I was worried about calling as it would have been very easy for them to say we had damaged it ourselves. Delighted to say this was not the case at all. I spoke to a lovely girl who didn't question anything I said and phoned me back within 5 mins to say they had the part. it was shipped the same day and arrived less than 24hrs later. I could not recommend this company enough and we will definitely be using them again.
