Dog relocation LHR to DXB
Very good service end to end for the relocation of my dog LHR to DXB. Competitively priced too. I opted for the full door to door service which was delivered as described. The only less positive aspect was confusion over my dog’s vaccination records and a few back and forward emails to get it resolved. Overall, I’m happy to recommend this team and I think they did a great job.

Moving a cat abroad is scary
Moving a cat abroad is scary. However Petair made it easier. They send reminders what I need to do and gave advice. Cat arrived safe, Petair met us at Gatwick airport to drop off the cat. Petair also booked the cat on the same flight as us to the Caribbean.

Pet Air were great helping us with the process of moving our dog from the UK to the UAE
Pet Air helped us to transport our dog from the UK to the UAE. All went well and he arrived safe and sound, seemingly completely unfazed by the whole process. It was an easy process with them taking care of the DEFRA paperwork for us. The transport company that they used from Dubai airport were very good and brought him from the airport to our temporary accommodation, letting us know they were on their way.

Hugos move down under
We sent an initial enquiry to Pet Air back in May 2025 about sending our dog Hugo over to Australia. Lily got in touch and provided us with package options and talked us through next steps. Lily was always at the end of an email for last minute enquiries/concerns and was always extremely professional. Our case was then handed over to Liz who dealt with the export side of our case and talked us through all the steps. She kept us reassured throughout the whole process as like many others, it’s a worrying time trusting others with your pet but PetAir and their staff have all been incredible. My husband and I had already travelled to Australia prior to our dog being sent. We had left him in the capable hands of family members and PetAir
liaised with our family on the day of collection with an arrival time, they were so gentle with Hugo and he happily went with the lady with his tail wagging. The pictures I saw of the crate, it was well made and clean. Prior to departure he was checked over by the vet and we were sent a lovely picture of him where he looked happy in the gardens of PetAirs “departure lounge”.
We now have the 10 day wait for quarantine but we can’t fault the help from Liz, Lily and the rest of the team at PetAir to this point. We would 100% recommend them to others wanting to make the same leap with their furry friend. Thank you for everything PetAir

PetAir just made it so easy
PetAir made the whole process of moving our dog to Australia so easy. They answered my sometimes ‘stupid’ questions with clarity and understanding. They liaised with the vets to clarify what procedures and paperwork needed to be completed and just made our lives easy. Basically, they gave us peace of mind that our pet would be looked after and have the correct paperwork to enter Australia.

I recently dealt with PetAir to transport my two cats from the UK to US. I chose them on the back of the great reviews. They certainly lived up to them. Manisha was my booking consultant and I felt in very trusted and capable hands throughout. It was all expertly handled leaving me feeling relaxed and reassured. Further recognition to Tony, the driver who collected the cats to take to the airport. Lovely chap and again made me feel very reassured.
Their agent Katie who then drove them from Seattle on arrival was also brilliant, From start to finish, and all those involved, it was a great experience.
