Peter hahn has a very excellent services, good quility products with reasonable prices.

Easy webshopping. Not always very quik delivering, but the goods always arrive in good conditions.. new and fresh. Ok return policy. No problems ;) BUT I dont like to receive so much catalogs...please PH..the season main catalog is enough!

I have been a client of Peter Hahn for many years. My client number is 66277773.
Today I wanted to log in as client to buy a blouse.
The system did not accept my in log gegevens!
Everything was correct. Email, password, client number. Still I could not log in. Very annoying.
I had to make my purchase as a guest.

Good quality German fashion. I always find something interesting, and the items are well-made. Easy return and exchange service, and easy payment options. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this site.

Clothes on offer way too expensive for the quality they turn out to be. This company still works in the old fashioned style using unasked for giant paper catalogues that appear in the mail despite requests to stop. Won't use again.

To follow on from the goods sent the wrong size. Email received to say money could take up to 3 days to show in your account. Day 5 still no funds returned – strange as they take the money from your account on the day you order!!!! Peter Hahn terms and conditions state “As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described”. Goods of the wrong size are NOT as described; therefore, goods should be replaced without having to submit payment again, including postage for a new order.

Under GDPR surely the option to ‘opt out’ of receiving junk mail should be at the point of order and not in writing separately, as this gives the company chance to share data before the written option is processed. They have no legal right to share details without your express permission so not sure if this complies with GDPR rules. It is very hard to stop junk mail when the companies tell you they got your details from a third party and cannot remove you themselves, I have tried with many companies.

In these difficult times most, companies value their customers. Peter Hahn sell ‘high end’ clothing, what a shame they can’t also supply ‘high end’ customer service.

it is pity that we have to pay sending costs. it would make more sense to pay retour costs.

Normale, accurate levering

Very good quality items, all fitted well, delivered quickly. Would like the site to offer more outfit suggestions when viewing an item. Also one jeans photo showed a lovely pair of tan coloured leather sneakers which I would have purchased, but they did not appear anywhere on the site.
Discount offered on the front page was not applicable despite purchasing a variety of items, bit frustrating. Otherwise lovely clothes & lots of choice, thanks Peter Hahn
