The receptionist was really helpful with issues regarding my email notifications.
My stylist David asked lots of questions to establish what result I wanted for my hair before washing it and giving me a lovely head massage. He regularly checked with me to ensure I was happy with the length etc and I was really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend Peter Mark due to the service provided by both him and the receptionist.

My hairstylist is David and this is the best description I can give of David, when I came to you in my early 50s, I felt like I’d lost my style a bit. Over the last few years, you’ve genuinely given me back my glow and confidence. I always leave feeling like the best version of myself — thank you - you listen to me and give honest opinions of what is able to work for me my face shape, my lifestyle what cut and colour suits me …. and what I can manage when I’m back home - I leave feeling a million dollars busting with confidence ….. never underestimate the magic you work - I will always recommend David and his hugs are pretty good too - the salon itself is always clean and the staff are always friendly, it really feels like a “well deserved mini pamper session’ between shampoo the massage chairs - only minus is coffee in paper cups in my opinion never tastes as good but hey that’s a minuscule minus

Megan was brilliant as always. She such a brilliant lovely girl. My hair was wonderful. Loved the colour and cut. Would recommend Peter Marks to everyone.

Left for 20 minutes. Very abrupt and rude. Wanted a relaxing blowdry and fringe trim and I had to hear how many clients they had that day. Argument over fringe trim. Stressed me out over the time they had to do it. Blowdry wasn't any special. Cried once I left. Horrible experience, won't be returning.

Had my hair cut yesterday by Monica. Absolutely lovely and so knowledgeable about hair. Delighted with my cut and will
definitely be back.

My stylist Kevin is awesome. He knows exactly what I need done each time I have an appointment and he always goes above and beyond to make my experience relaxed and positive. He deserves an award for his amazing talent and his fantastic personality.

I am probably the longest customer of your Portadown branch, I’ve only ever gone to this salon, since it opened many, many years ago.
Service and quality are always first class, the staff are professional and very welcoming.
Sadly the prices are increasing so much that I now have to cut back from my weekly appointments, but will still go less frequently. It would be great if pensioners could be offered discount. Thank you.

I like to book with Theresa, I find her very good, always gentle, listens carefully to what you want and advises when asked, always does a great job on my hair
