Hi. While looking for an amplifier and a set of speakers, I checked out many stores, but the price offered by Peter Tyson came as a pleasant surprise and left me very satisfied. The competition didn't stand a chance, and for that, I am very grateful to Peter Tyson. Another positive experience arose when I encountered a problem with my amplifier that I couldn't solve on my own. They arranged for the amplifier to be transported—first to their facility and then to the service center—not only quickly but also free of charge. Once the issue was resolved, I received my equipment back very promptly, and today I can enjoy its wonderful sound. Over the past few months, I’ve been in contact with several people at Peter Tyson; I won't list them all individually so as not to leave anyone out. I want to thank the Peter Tyson customer service team for their help, advice, and the kind words they so generously offered when I was struggling with the equipment. I've ordered a few items from Peter Tyson, through Amazon UK page, expensive Samsung oled tv through their eBay page and just now i ordered through their own website a pair of heavy Klipsch bookshelf speakers. All 3 orders were dealt with very easily and received very quickly and packaged very well. They are a dream to use, especially being a family company, you feel looked after properly. I am now sat in my house with all I need for HiFi, tv viewing and so so happy now. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Peter Tyson, especially Michael, who was excellent throughout.
