This is the third time I have dealt with Peter Tyson. They offer good advice and delivery is spot on via DPD. IF you want they offer ineterest free via Paypal so the good stuff is affordable as long as you qualify.I had a small problem with amp and they offered a small refund in short order. Very easy to deal with their prices are competetive and they keep their eyes open on deal days form cometitors like Amazon. My go to for Hi-Fi.

Very highly recommended
My first purchase from Peter Tyson was fairly mundane; a HDMI cable, bought about 10 months ago, which went seamlessly, but wasn't particularly inspiring. I've recently made a more significant purchase, a T+A Solitaire P-SE headphone, which has highlighted the level of service they provide.
I was able to listen to a demo unit, at their Carlisle store, along with another headphone I had mentioned in earlier email correspondence, but wasn't expecting them to have available, so was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find both headphones set up, to compare side-by-side.
Having made my decision, placing an order online was straightforward, and once the unit was in their warehouse, I was even able to specify the day it would be delivered.
I look forward to being able to do business with them again in the future.

Long Time Customer
I have been a regular customer of Peter Tyson's for several years now ordering a number of products. In all this time, I have had zero complaints, but they always say you never know how good a business is until you have a problem. This was the case recently with an order where an item was missed off. The positive was a super quick response and rectification at the earliest possible opportunity. I can't speak for other issues as there haven't been any with the products ordered over a number of years. I would 100 % recommend Peter Tyson and they are a retailer that I regularly trust. I hope to visit the stores in person one day when I'm in the area.

Superb buying experience
Superb buying experience, with Alex from the sales department taking the initiative to get me the turntable I ordered ahead of the supply chain schedule so as to meet a birthday present deadline. Incredible service, great advice and when I needed help from their service department, likewise Michael sorted the issue for me in less than a day. My first time ordering from Peter Tyson, but they have earned my trust immediately and I cannot recommend them more highly. Great kit, great prices and great service. Top!
