Excellent customer service
Bought a really nice CD player that was B stock.
Got a phone call same day from them to say the listing was incorrect and they didn't have the B stock unit but that they would send me a brand new one for the same price.
Really impressed and love the CD player.
Top marks for customer service, first time I have used Peter Tyson but won't be the last.

Shocking customer service
I wasn't happy with a customer service that I have received. I bought an expensive item that they didn't have in stock when they sold it to me and I had to keep chasing them about delivery. One of the workers was extremely rude on the phone, I have never come across such a bad customer service. I would never buy from this company again.

KEF speakers purchased.
I ordered on line and was well impressed with efficiency the transaction took place, they keep me informed right up to the point where the courier handed over the goods. They send a follow up email to make sure everything was correct and working, leaving contact mobile number and email address if I had any problems. I will definitely use them again if I require further HiFi equipment.

Service was great for speed and packaging. Pricewise the MP3 was wll priced. Not the case especially as I was sent a blue case, not black as ordered, and the fit leaves a lot to be desired. It was not as described, there is no velcro on the flap so I assume the tiny flap is meant to tuck inside however it doesn't do so snuggly and lifts out. I have to keep pushing it in which is becoming very tedious! I guess the model has been updated and I have been sent the 'old' style! Not so great!
