Okay let’s be clear: IT”S NOT A SCAM. They have just gone out of business, COVID happened and the world went mad. This is what happens when you buy online and the company goes bust before you get your goods.

They were always great with the best price but obviously now that is a thing of the past. Real shame because I was hoping to place an order today.

I ordered an item in December 2021and have not received it!
I have emailed and called the company and have received no replies. Money has been taken from account.

Me too - an order placed early November. No contact since and have tried emailing and calling. They must have gone bust.

Ordered 27th October 2021 and we have still not recieved the confirmation email or goods. However the money was taken from the bank. We have emailed for an update several times as well as phoning. No answer from the emails or phone calls and still no reply and no delivery. Understand that businesses may be under pressure due to covid but this company is taking money and not delivering anything at all. Is this site a scam as its still looks like they are still taking orders. DON'T USE THEM.

Scam - avoid at all costs.

I placed an order at the end of November. I have chased via email and phone calls but no response.

Have used in the past and received my goods but this time a very different story. Unable to contact via phone email or messenger. AVOID

Placed an order on the 28th October 2021. No delivery as yet. Sent 3 emails and no response. Phone not answering. Do not use this company!!!

So many bad reviews. I keep asking myself, why, why I didn't check them out before buying? There is no point in saying the same thing as others. So, there is a piece of advice: stay away from them, don't buy anything at all, and please, please always read reviews. Everything bad written is true.

Paid for product never delivered! Keep away!

I would like to put no stars but unfortunately was unable to ! Wish I’d googled this company before ordering. Item was ordered over a month ago, has not arrived, no response to my numerous emails. Telephone message says they are unavailable and the number does not accept messages. Have raised a dispute with PayPal. Don’t waste your money ordering from this company !!!

Do not use. Take money but don’t deliver any goods or respond to any communication. Placed order 10 October and nothing. AVOID.

SCAM DO NOT USE!

I purchased dog bed on 2nd October, had to contact numerous times as no contact made regarding delays, constantly told they should have an update by end of the week. Paypal refund initiated on 15th November and subsequently cancelled. 1st December I'm now having to use PayPal dispute.

Purchased the same dog bed from MyPetWarehouse for a few pounds more and delivered within 2 days.

This company doesn’t seem to exist they took my money and haven’t sent the dog bed the don’t reply to emails amd the phone number doesn’t work! AVOID !!

I've ordered a dog blanket, recieved an email a few days later saying it may be 15-20 days. That was fine so I waited, now its been a month and I've tried to email twice over the last few days and have heard nothing back. Wish I'd looked at the trustpilot reviews before ordering!

No Stars Review. BEWARE if you choose to order with this company. I too ordered a dog bed £124.99 on 2 Oct. They took the money then sent an email saying they didn't know when it would be in stock. Did manage to get a reply on the phone last week of October, chap said they were having problems with new IT system!?! He said he'd refund the money but the refund then failed... twice. Phone now disconnects and no response to email. Fortunately I used PayPal so can leave them to go after Pet Supplies Warehouse. Good Luck to anyone trying to get their money back.

Terrible. I ordered a dog bed (£80 so quite a bit of money) in September, they took my money and I still have not received the bed. I have sent many e mails and had no reply. The phone line seems to be disconnected as well. Unfortunately it looks like this is not a legitimate company. I will contacting trading standards. I urge customers not to use this company.

I ordered a dog coat on 1st October 2021 and I have still not received it. There have been no updates whatsoever and I can’t even contact customer services as the phone line is disconnected!! I’ve emailed several times and sent Facebook messages but I’ve not even had the courtesy of a response. I will have to take the matter to Trading Standards as I have paid for goods that I have not received. Very disappointing, do not order from this company!!!

As with the pervious customers, ordered a dog bed in the last week or August. Took the money straight way - no sign of the bed. Not answering phone or emails. I don't think it is a legitimate company. Now I am going to have to wait my time going through trading standards to get my money back. - Don't order from them ever you do!

Ordered and paid for a dog bed on 20/09/2021, lead-in time advised as 5-20 working days when order placed.
No sign of dog bed as of 02/11/2021, no response to email requests chasing delivery, very poor service.
Please issue a refund if you do not intend to fulfil order.

I ordered a dog bed cushion and treats and paid £40.77 by credit card on 28 Aug 2021. It is now 2 Nov and I have not received my order or any notification. Their telephone line is disconnected and they do not answer emails or FB messages. Do not buy anything from this company.
