Hi Becky, Thank you for your review. Your tags were posted out on time on the 29th of August via Royal Mail 1st Class. This usually arrives the next working day, however can sometimes take a little longer especially when sending to Jersey. We are looking into improving the delivery date estimation on our website to include delays when sending the channel islands so that you get a more accurate estimate for delivery time and we don't ask for feedback before the tags have arrived. Thank you for your feedback on this.
