We did post our your order on time via Royal Mail 1st class and I can only apologies that it didn't arrive next day for you.
I'm glad you have now received your order, but disappointed that you have requested a refund because you decided to buy elsewhere - and then left us multiple 1 star reviews on here.
Nevertheless, we will be providing you with a full refund once we have received the returned order as per our refund policy, and I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations.

Understanding the current situation with postage, and the expectations of the Christmas being busy however, this experience has now revolved me to a reviewing this as a poor experience with the no response on a delivery update and having contacted you specifically via telephone and email, still no response. I purchased this on 14th December to surprise my partner of the new addition to our family. Postage first class, and identified to be delivered on Monday 19th, I’ve had to purchase a tag elsewhere double than the price originally paid, so unfortunately disappointed with this service, with no explanation or communications resolved to the issue.
