Great product. Absolutely beautiful

This is a lovely yoga mat to use.
The delivery was ontime and I love the yoga bag. This is my second mat and I love it

Really good service, mat arrived on time which was great. My only criticism would be amount of packaging used.

It took forever to receive my order and once I did, it was incorrect. It took numerous attempts to get a response from customer service to correct the issue. Now, less than 7 mo later, the mat has lost all grip and I've emailed them four times and not one response from them. The only email Ive received from them was about an item left in my cart and did I want to make my purchase, because they're happy to help me. I replied letting them know my issue and never heard from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

My wife is very pleased with her mat.
I ordered an extra one by mistake and got a refund easily having paid the postage for the return.

Super price and a great yoga mat. Came very quickly too which was a nice surprise. The mat is non slip and very comfortable, I was using two before as they were so thin. The design is lovely too. Thank you for this, I am even more inspired on my yoga journey.

I should have listened to the reviews too! I did buy a mat last year and all was well then. My wife wanted a Jade colour to replace existing.
This time its been a nightmare! Still not been delivered!! Lack of contact is the worse bit!
I have chased via email several times. I am about to ask for a refund as they just keep emailing to say that they are looking into it with the courier! There is no way to call them and I have repeatedly asked them to call me and give me an update! How long does it take to get that info from the courier! Very frustrated!!
I am now going to involve Paypal to see what can be done. So frustrating also when I keep getting emails to care for my mat!!!
After just writing this review and submitting, I have just this minute had an update that Evri.com is expecting our parcel and will update us when they have it!. Fingers crossed!
Pharamond must really up their game though to avoid further reviews like ours.

I should have listened to the reviews. Still not been delivered!! I have chased several times. I have now asked for a refund but have been told they will only issue a refund when courier has confirmed it's been lost!! The fact that it's not been delivered (despite being shown as in stock) one would think it has been lost!!

There was so much care in how the yoga mat was wrapped up and delivered. I believe this was made and sent with love. Thank you!

Great product but unfortunate delay in receiving order

The mat is very good so no reflection on the product, however I found the lack of communication and delay on shipping very frustrating. I had to email 4 times and each time was told a different delivery date. No real apology and just asked if I wanted a refund (bit weird!)
I ordered 1st November 2022 and didn’t get my mat until 1st April 2023!!!
A complimentary bag or a small partial refund I think should have been offered, it would have gone a long way!

Mat is great and enjoying using it, makes a real difference to my yoga.

4 stars due to slight delay in delivery time but once queried, communications were great and prompt send out as promised.

My daughter is very pleased with her yoga mat, but it was a Christmas gift that I ordered in early December. Pharamondlife had difficulty with keeping the Jade Red in stock, which is what I'd ordered.

They let me know the situation and once I said, "Send me any color that's in stock," they had the yoga mat in my hands within a week.

I would order from them again, but would hope that if the ordered item is unavailable that I could receive a second-choice right away.

Long long wait for it ( November-April) and I nearly cancelled on a number of occasions. Really glad I didn't. My old yoga mat has given me years of good service but nice to have a new one!

Ordered in early December for a Christmas present. Although it was shown as in stock it was eventually delivered in April. No updates and no alternatives offered unless I wanted to pay more. I always had to chase as their dates for delivery came and went without notification. Terrible service throughout

It took 5 months for the product to arrive (was meant to be a christmas present) although it said it was in stock when I ordered it. Arrived today and my partner is pleased with the quality of the product

Shocking customer service. Despite numerous delivery tracking emails and delivery dates of 2-3 days, 2 weeks later I still have not received my mat

Ordered as a Christmas present 5th December and didn’t arrive until to April due to stock shortage which I was not told until I questioned where my order was. No compensation was ever offered for the delay

The product took over 3 months to arrive. After it didn't arrive initially I had to chase it up, and th money had already been paid.
The actual product is good quality.
