Placed the order on 29/12/2022 and was told to receive my yoga mat within a week time. Until today I received nothing and yet the customer service refused to refund my money. I would warn everyone out there not to trust this company to buy anything otherwise you are prepared to lose your money!

I bought this to replace other mats which seemed to move around/slide when I moved between poses/exercises. This doesn’t happen with this mat - it stays put! Well packaged - ina sturdy box and comes with a strap for carrying over the shoulder. My only wish is that it was slightly thicker - I’m bony and feel the hard floor- but it might lose some of its grip if it was chunkier.

I ordered a pro yoga mat in December prior to Christmas, upon ordering mat was shown as in stock and delivery 3-5 days, payment was taken from my account immediately. Two months on I still have no mat and am continuously told that stock will be restocked, first late January, then early February, now next week.

Quick to take your money and not supply the goods!

In less than 6 month the mat has several big bulges on both ends and doesn't lay flat anymore. It hasn't been used more than several times per month. Contacted customer service, they asked for pictures and more details, I've sent everything as requested and then never heard back from them again. Its been almost a month now. Wont recommend this company to anyone, the quality is poor and comparable to cheap basic mats.

Absolutely LOVE this yoga mat!! It took a little longer than I expected to get to California, and I had to change colors due to supply levels ... BUT, this mat is totally worth it! The alignment helps with my yoga practice, it is gloriously non slip (if you take heated classes), and there is plenty of space on the mat. Honestly I want them in every color, mostly because the mat is so freaking phenomenal!

Ordered yoga mat for Xmas in November. Back and forward with emails. Now February still not got mat. So disappointing. Would definitely not recommend this company. Quick enough to take your money!

I ordered and paid for a yoga mat on 8 December 2022. In the sales promotion, it was stated that shipping is free and the mat would take between 6 to 10 days to be delivered to me. I waited until the 1st week of January 2023 before contacting Pharamond. I was then informed the warehouse did not have my colour of choice. So I selected another colour and was told that the mat would be sent out. Until today, 17 Jan 2023, I have not received my yoga mat.

I have not received the product. I gave my address as usual but they can't find me. please transfer my money back. greetings RA Vienna/Austria

This is a gorgeous mat just thick enough and definitely not slippy. The asana lines help me in my yoga practice. The mat arrived within 2 days it was packed well. It arrived in lovely tubular packaging. Bonus I got a really good discount.
