Same item number; different product
I ordered the same item #8032472024439 Neobianacid 70 Tablets in 11/24 and now in 3/25 but the product is different. It's more chalky and has a different flavor and the bottle is different. Doesn't seem as effective against reflux

Unresponsive Customer Service and Invoice Issues
I am deeply disappointed with Pharmacy Club's service. I placed an order and repeatedly requested a correct invoice, but despite numerous follow-ups, they failed to provide one. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that ignores customer queries and emails. After reaching out multiple times, they stopped responding altogether, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. I would strongly advise against using their service if professional and reliable communication is what you're looking for.

I ordered an item, it never arrived and i never got my money back. I alerted to them to the issue, they said they would get back to me and they never did. Now they have my money and i have no product. Absolute jole. Be warned people. Their number on their website doesnt work and they dont respond to social media. I expect a response regarding this ridiculousness.
