Absolutely terrible customer service! I have been ordering baby formula and other baby food items from pharmacy online as they were the only few that stocked Holle baby products. Firstly, they would mark down items as available/in stock, however, after my order wasn’t dispatched on time I contacted them and they said they don’t have it in stock. Further explanation was that it will be in stock next week and they’ll dispatch the order then. This was extremely frustrating because oftentimes I would order formula with other things, and I needed the formula ASAP. One box of Holle oats arrived spoiled. I had to throw the newly opened product away. The oats had an expiration date within a month of opening, so I attributed it to that. However, after my last experience with them I am suspecting they don’t store products correctly and they spoil before the expiration date. Further to this, they would often send products that had an expiration date shortly after receiving it. My last experience with them is probably the worst. I ordered 5 boxes of Holle baby formula in the amount of $179.75. All 5 boxes of formula arrived spoiled. Two boxes had an expiration date in little over a month and those two boxes of formula smelt particularly foul! I contacted them 4 times now in order to get my money back as it’s not a small amount. Not only that, but I had to go buy more formula from a local store, which my son doesn’t tolerate, in order to have something to give my son. It doesn’t appear they will refund the money and every time I contact them they have noted they are contacting the distributor/manufacturer to resolve this issue and won’t be able to issue a refund until they hear back from them. I didn’t order formula from the distributor/manufacturer, as such I expect pharmacy online to immediately refund the money and follow up with those in question to recover their cost. I will never again purchase anything from them and I order all Holle products from another store. I strongly encourage anyone to buy everything from other stores and avoid this headache and financial loss.

I placed my order and thought it was weird that I didn't receive a confirmation email after my money left PayPal. I then saw this page and assumed I would need to dispute my purchase. I received an email the next day from Auspost with a tracking number and received my item the following day. Can only speak on my experience which was great and have nothing bad to say, sorry to people who have experienced otherwise.

I placed an order 3 days ago and I found it odd that there was no ETA email sent which is pretty standard. They have not emailed any details on standard delivery times and there is nothing available on their website. Under Consumer guarantees act regarding sales and delivery " When a business accepts your payment for products or services they must supply them to you within the timeframe they have indicated or if no time was specified, within a reasonable time". They haven't advised of a despatch time and I tried calling them and ends up in a voicemail bank where I can't leave a message. I used their webpage to email and still no response. Standard delivery time for metro areas is 2-3 days. I suggest consumers that have been having issues with Pharmacy online report them to ACCC for misleading consumers if they are consistently not sending goods within a reasonable time, sending wrong items and not refunding which is negligence and fraudulent. Their intention is questionable here and they are not exercising due diligence. They are consistently misleading consumers by cheap gimmicks but are failing to comply by the Consumer Rights and guarantees.
I suggest buyers know your rights under the consumer guarantees act - goto accc.gov.au and read the sales and delivery section and lodge a complaint as we have to collectively put a stop to this scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. I rang to follow up my order on the 5th business day after confirmation, to be told one item was out if stock and they were waiting for resupply.
I will never buy here again.

I paid via a trusted secure way in which I pay for all my shopping. I purchased a huge amount of supplies through pharmacy online. I never received a confirmation email so luckily I had a screenshot of the purchase page.

I reached out to them after not hearing back after a week or so and they said that there was an issue with my card and they had to refund my order. Mind you no refund was made.

I'll have to involve a 3rd party and take further legal action.
I'm very disappointed, stay away this website is a SCAM.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift, I was not advised the stock wasn’t available... and never received a confirmation etc so followed up only to be advised 1 week later no stock was available...so I have missed 1 week of precious Christmas shopping time...

On day 3 after ordering I rang for an update, fully expecting to be told that the items had been sent, silly me!!
They were out of stock of one item, without any indication to me, that it was being held up, that is not good enough.
I immediately cancelled the order and went elsewhere, where my business was appreciated.

Terrible experience. Took 9 days for my order to be despatched, and when I finally received it, an item was missing. I'd also purchased sunscreen which expired in October (just 3 months away), before it could even be used in Summer! Contacted them and waited on hold for over 20 minutes, was told I would be called back and wasn't. Emailed them and eventually heard back that way. They claimed that the 3 month expiry was fine per their policy, and that my missing item had been supplied (said they had xray image of parcel, but couldn't send it to me when I requested the proof), refused to refund until I threatened to take it further. Communication was poor, customer service was terrible, response times were slow, despatch times were far longer than expected. Pricing was mostly competitive but absolutely not worth the hassle.

SCAM! Avoid completely! Will not answer phone calls or reply to emails. Nightmare trying to get my money back and still no resolution.

My concern is that when I placed my order I did not receive a confirmation email after making payment. After a few days I phoned the contact number to find out why. A woman gave me excellent assistance, informing me that two of the items I'd ordered were unavailable and that the order hadn't been finalised because of this. After offering me a couple of options, I deleted the unavailable items and my order arrived in three days. Great fast delivery service, but I expected an email letting me know that my order had been received and payment had gone through successfully.

Very pleased with the service,found the product i needed.I received my products promptly.

Product received very quickly. Ordered on Monday and received on Thursday the same week. Customer service was very helpful when I called to check the item was in stock. A great experience all round.

Delivery was 2 weeks, they probably don't have everything in stock or something and it takes time (?). I wish they informed me about it. Anyways the stuff I ordered was great, very happy, Stuff that I can't find anywhere else.

I am new to this online Pharmacy. I was searching for a particular item for my hands, which was in stock at a reasonable price and in fact cheaper than other sites. I found the ordering process easy and the ordering and payment easy to follow and secure. I received emails confirming my order almost immediately and a tracking no. eas supplied. The order arrived within a few days. Easy to use and effective. Thank you I will be a return customer.

Charged $25 for DHL, sent by Australia Post instead, didn’t provide a tracking number until I asked weeks later.
Due to sending via AusPost, the package was handled by Pos Malaysia who could not be bothered either delivering nor leaving a notice, and returned the item to sender.

Pharmacy Online repeatedly lied to me on the phone and via email, saying it had been posted by DHL and it was my own fault for not being at home.
Even if Pos Malaysia had attempted to deliver it, I was at home the entire time due to the lockdown. However PM are well known for being too lazy to fulfill deliveries.
I have so far been refused my $81 refund.

Absolutely disgusting, completely apathetic customer service, not worth the discounted price.

Never use this online company - what a joke. Ordered on the 7th heard nothing re postage - called them today a week later to be told they don't have the product in stock. So its OK for you to hold my money for a week without advising. I feel if i didn't call they would of kept my money. DODGY PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T USE PHARMACY ONLINE

I ordered $300 of product to be delivered to France. My order is dated March 27. No delivery, and they don't reply to my numerous emails requests.
I guess I just lost my money.
I would not recommend this company.

Called their customer care team 27/04 chasing an order from 08/04 and at 13.24 was placed on hold. At 13.35 I was advised the order went out today provided with a tracking number which I checked immediately - it hadn't gone to Australia post as at 13.37 27/07/2020 (Australia Post app advises is NOT registered as yet.) The customer service rep gave the impression the tracking number had existed for some time and was hesitant to respond when I asked what date it had been sent - she then admitted it had "just gone out today just then". So I said - to cancel the order and refund my money taken 3 weeks prior.

I believe the warehouse has told the customer service rep to give me a tracking ID and is sending out goods today. When I asked for a refund I was again placed on hold at 13.37 until 13.44 and was then advised by Maree the order went out on the 24/04 which directly contradicts previous advice.

That evening I was sent a "your order was shipped today" (27/4) email, as well as Australia Post registering the tracking number they gave me.

My conclusion - they lied to me to avoid a cancellation after not sending 3 small (unessential) items for 20 days.

***UPDATE company promised refund then reversed their desicion, stating no refund unless I receive and return the order.
Then they proceeded to redirect the (finally) sent product to go back to their warehouse and still refused a refund until they scanned items back into stock. So...I would have never had a chance to "return the items".
Had to lodge (and was granted) a credit card reversal/dispute. Bloody disgusted.

Placed order 2 weeks ago still waiting. After numerous messages and phone calls, which were never answered. They were quick enough to take my payment. I am angry over the lack of communication. If there was a delay, fair enough, but answer my queries. Will never use again.

I placed an order that went through on afterpay and then it went back to their website saying one of the items was out of stock, I’ve been emailing them forever and no response, if you call the phone line they say they can’t help you and that they can not refund you because they don’t have any order number and I keep telling them to log in to your afterpay and you will see I’ve been paying for something that isn’t being delivered! afterpay won’t help because afterpay have no proof the item wasn’t shipped so they need to cancel it from their afterpay account and they will not do it, waste of time and money and they are complete scammers do not ever use this website it’s rubbish! stay away!!!!!
