DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! ITEMS NEVER GET SHIPPED

I placed an order of about 15 items and after 10 days of waiting, I contacted them via their support to check the status. They came back saying that it will be done after they received the stock for 3 items. They will process the order with the remaining stock and provide a refund for the missing items. I contacted them via phone and they said will take another 7 days to get the remaining items shipped which is absurd. I already waited for 12 days and again 7 more days which is not reasonable at all. I chose to cancel the order. Don't buy from these guys.

I placed an order on Wednesday 11th March which was confirmed. On their website, all items were in stock. By Friday I had not received any shipping confirmation so I phoned to check on the order. I was informed half the order was out of stock, they would issue a refund for those items and send the remaining items that day. Tuesday the following week I still hadn't received a shipping notice so I called again. After another long hold. I was informed the items still hadn't been sent because they were waiting for the missing items. Those items had not arrived so they would schedule the order to be sent. Needless to say, I cancelled the complete order.

Do not believe items are in stock even if they say so on the website. In my experience, very bad service and I will not be using them again. Hopefully, you have better luck.

super bad service. they are nothing to do with you after receiving you payment, I was informed for more than one month until I contact with delivery company and told me that the good was returned to the shop...
they don't even update you the delivery status.!!

pls. do not use it unless you wanna take the bet...

Slow delivery, they do not actually have the items in stock, after you place an order they then order the product from the supplier. If you like long wait times, think 1 month or more for delivery then buy from them, otherwise order elsewhere, I will be.

Placed an order on the 26/10/19. (Today is the 8/11/19). I spent $300; so it is no small order. I am in Brisbane, they are based in Sydney. Surely it doesn't need to take this long.. Today I get a reply:
Items are in stock but apparently they are having difficulties with their new warehousing systems, which also means they can not email to notify me of any delays(!?). Hmmmm..

They sold what they do not have. I placed the order and after 9 days they did not shipped it, nor provided any explanation. I sent an email to the customer service, but after 5 days got no answer. I had to call to listen they are waiting the answer from the supplier to know if the product is available, and maybe will ship in "few" weeks.
They announced and sold what they do not have to delivery, but everything was OK get my money.
A big waste of time. Not recommended.

Bought an item, 2 weeks and I still hadn’t arrived. Emailed them, only to receive a reply saying, sorry that item is unavailable.. But it was perfectly acceptable to take my money, never inform me that it wasn’t available nor refund me? Lol, never again...

This is the only time i have had this problem

I placed an order back in May this year and the shipment was sent via a different courier than the one I had picked. the shipment reach my country and I was never notified and it'd been sent back. Until today I haven't gotten my refund and when they do make the time to respond the show 0 interest in resolving the problem that I had nothing to do with. I will never ever use them again and I'll make sure to let everyone know of their awful customer service.
