I bought new account today 17 April 26 25K static and I was on MNQ chart placed my first trade on MNQ but it opened on NQ and I was risking 10 Points but they slipped me and got it closed at Max loss limit, slippage after 8 minute of market open and they open trade on NQ no wise person will trade NQ mini on 500$ drawdown they are clearly scamming people out of money dont trust them.

Edit after their reply: I have contacted the support team through email but they replied "our system detected that a trade of 1 contract was executed on the NQ symbol, and this resulted in reaching your maximum loss limit. That is why your account now shows a breached status.

i bought an account on Saturday afternoon. its now Sunday and 8 hours into the futures opening . i was given a rithmic user name and password to first sign my agreements. i tried the credentials on the Rtrader downloaded site, the web app and the Rtrader website. they all failed to log me in. i checked the user name and password several times and copied and manually entered them. Still no login. The frustrating part is I've had accounts with my funded futures and funded next and they got back to me very fast! initially when i sent an email to support at Phidias( they have no live chat), their response, which was quick enough, was worthless: i was told to try to log in again! that's it! and I've sent them screen shots of my user name and password( that they sent me) sitting in the failed log in, in all the sites: web app, Rtrader log in. and Rtrader website. And now its 7 1/2 hrs later and i still haven't heard a word!
Well, now its over 10 hrs. and I still haven't been able to log into the R trader web app or the website to sign the agreements. I sent them, plain as day, screen shots of my username and password being rejected with login failed. One agent told me that the user name must start with PHD and that's why I can't get in. Then, another agent told me no, the PP user name we sent you is correct. But clearly it wasn't and all they had to do was look at my screen shot to see the PP username is not correct. So, bottom line is 10 hrs. later and i still have no way to access my account, and there not doing anything about it! So, i am demanding my money via a refund. How can i trust they will follow through with any payout, or anything else that comes up, if there failing at the starting gate! Also, there website doesn't work properly. You click a tab and it goes there but the highlighted tab is stuck on the 10k challenge tab. Red flags everywhere!! Very unlike my funded futures or funded next which i have/had accounts with. I really liked the payout and targets here on Phidias, but this has turned me off to going any further!

Had a great experience including a payout. However, had some issues with Rithimic and their connection issues with data that was paid for and the severe lag that is a constant issue with this particular platform. Contacted Phidias twice concerninig the issue both times denied any issue whatsoever. Straight up refused any resolution to their connection issue and known outdated connection protocols for a platform they know has issue but still promotes it as its the best out there. Both instinces they were provided proof of issues and both times denied the issue outright! Dont trade with Phidias as the first issue with any connection issue or etc., dont worry, its your fault! They will take your money. I trade with multiple firms with 0 issues on any other platform other than the 2 they offer. Proof can be provided! P.S. The default message you get as a reply for a negative review, its bullsht as well!

Prompt response to a query about initial setup. Also a refreshing lack of the nitpicking rules that trip up so many would be funded traders.

I recently posted a negative review about this prop firm, but it appears it was due to lack of clarity they have provided on their website regarding ID requirements.
Now that I have been through the whole process and investigated by testing, I found out ID isn't a concern, I can only suggest they clarify on their website forms of ID required for international traders.
I can now rate this prop firm as possibly the best and most transparent for traders to trade with. I am most happy and now live trading with them.

If you have energy, time, and money to waste, then they are number 1 (at least that's what they claim)...

Their hotline is an AI-generated disaster. I challenge you to actually manage to reach a human; just look at the email signatures, you will never find one, except for a tiny disclaimer at the bottom stating that you are interacting with an AI.

So, either you get lucky and it instantly understands what you want, or you're in for long, pointless back-and-forths that lead nowhere. It just repeats the same thing on a loop even when it's wrong and you prove it to them plain as day. After a while, they end up not even replying anymore—what a great sense of customer service!!!

Incapable of admitting a mistake (even though it happens to everyone).

Learning humility, admitting your faults, and having a customer service worthy of the name would greatly help you in your quest for notoriety.

PS: I obviously have the proof on hand for everything I am claiming.

Phidias is the worst propfirm I have seen. They moved me to live account with $2200 balance from Sim payout. The rule is we need to maintain min balance $2000 which means you get $200 only to risk which is awful and I was failed due to low margin even though I traded MNQs. Certainly this shows Phidias is fraud prop firm. Stay away from this prop firm.

I had a problem that needed fixing and the result was even better than I expected. The service was professional, efficient, and very friendly. Everything was explained clearly and the issue was resolved quickly and properly. I really appreciate the effort and quality of the work. Highly recommended.

I had the possibility to try many prop firms in the last 2 years, I can state that Phidias is one of the best: reliable, quick support, keeps its words, offers different programs.

I joined Phidias Propfirm as an affiliate and earned €75.60, which is clearly visible in the affiliate dashboard.

To be very clear: I am NOT asking for €75 to be withdrawn to my bank.
I only requested to use my earned affiliate commission to purchase ONE Static account, with the amount deducted from my affiliate balance.

Support refused this and stated that affiliate commissions cannot be withdrawn, credited, or even used internally unless the balance reaches $500.

The problem is that this $500 minimum is not written anywhere in the Help Center or public documentation. I carefully reviewed all relevant Help Center articles and could not find any clause mentioning a $500 minimum requirement for affiliate payouts or internal usage.

When I contacted support via Zendesk, they confirmed the $500 requirement but refused to provide any written policy reference. I asked them to point to the exact Help Center article or T&C clause — instead, my ticket was closed without answering.

I then raised the same question politely in their official Discord, asking only for policy clarification. Shortly after, I was removed from the Discord server instead of being given an answer.

I appreciate the acknowledgment that the minimum affiliate payout condition may not have been sufficiently visible in public documentation at the time of my request. That lack of clarity is precisely the concern raised in my complaint.

My position has always been simple: I am not requesting special treatment, but fair and transparent disclosure of material affiliate conditions. When earnings are displayed in the dashboard without a clearly accessible and visible payout threshold, it creates a reasonable expectation of usability.

If the $500 minimum is a fixed rule applied equally to all affiliates, I respectfully suggest that it should be prominently disclosed within the affiliate terms and Help Center to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.

I remain open to resolving this matter constructively.

I purchased a subscription with Phidias Prop Firm for $144, expecting clear access to supported trading platforms. However, their website does not clearly disclose that they no longer work with NinjaTrader or TradingView. I only realized this after completing the purchase, by navigating through multiple pages and external sources.

Additionally, there is no clear or accessible way to cancel a subscription from the user dashboard. I had to contact support directly and use formal language to request cancellation and full data deletion. While support eventually responded, this process should be transparent and available to users from the start.

Keeping platform compatibility unclear before payment and making cancellation unnecessarily difficult is not acceptable for a trading service.

I reserve the right to submit formal complaints to consumer protection agencies and to continue sharing my experience publicly if transparency and subscription management are not improved.

Amazing customer service. I sent an email requesting access to Gold futures and received it in less than 2 minutes.

Not many prop firms have such an excelent customer service!

Scammers. Promises free version of deepcharts and when i signedup they are saying I need to have a paid version of deepcharts to use their service.

Received my second payout today! Both ones were processed and in my wallet in 24 hours! Customer service response is almost instant! Thanks much Phidias!

CRITICAL DATA ERROR too many times. Need to improve bigtime. Trader dashboard lags also. Improve and I might come back. I agree with the person below.'My profit and loss will move in the wrong direction at times, the reflect not what the spread is. Phidias informed me that they can see the data and the trades and stop loss placement. If this is so then they should see the data lag, as well when the platform shows a giant red box that says "CRITICAL DATA ERROR". However, when this is brought up to them they always respond with "we dont see any problems".' THIS IS FRAUD IN THE USA

I am writing another review for Phidiaspropfirm.com because I successfully passed a 25k static account.
So what happens next? Phidias promises a $1,000 bonus and a live account worth £500 per account. You can pass a total of five accounts and receive $500 in your live account each time, up to a maximum of $2,500.
However, I only have one account. I received the $1,000 bonus, and the live account was activated on the same day, almost simultaneously with the bonus. All in all, it's very good because the support is also very fast, and the prices and system are attractive. Anyone who is seriously considering trading with prop firms should definitely take a look.
