UPS marked it as delivered, but it was never delivered to me or any neighbor. UPS confirmed the delivery was incorrect and the package is missing.
More than one month later, Philippe Model has provided no refund and no solution. I also lost $7.99 paid for a pickup service that was never provided.
I am posting this so other customers are aware.
Hi, I just received my new pair of prsx sneakers and I think they are really beautiful sneakers, aesthetically and in terms of comfort. The shipping was excellent, I received the shoes in 4 days due to a mistake made by the delivery man who got the wrong location but it is not your problem. All in all exceptional, I will buy again. Thanks
