Two failed orders - huge problems
Two orders within 2 weeks or so.
First one had been returned after reaching some destination and refused by the receiver. More than a week later, while the expected delivery was within 1-3 days. No explanation on why...
Second one, as I though the first was just a bad isolated case: order was cancelled 3 days after, without any reason.
In between, my money was kept, without any compensation, no justification, no possibility to raise a ticket or a complaint.
Disappointing service, never again ordering from Philips Shop.
