Ordered 12 bottles of wine for Christmas - delivered to someone else with totally different name and address...!! wine for almost 2000 dkr..
Was promissed by your customer service an extra bottle of wine as compensation for the one i had to hand over to the wrong addresse as a reward for contacting us instead of keeping th ewrong delivered order...haven't seen that either..
Conclusion - closing my account with Philipson - safer to purchase directly in wine shops unless yo can convince me differently.

I got what I ordered...but...
I wanted to give champagne to various customers as a Christmas gift. Even though I was able to order cases of 12, if I wanted these bottles packaged individual boxes (which were also available), I could not order more than a single bottle. And I was even willing to pay an extra DKK 30 per bottle for this privilege. But no joy.
As a result, my staff had to hunt around for boxes, which probably cost more than the champagne itself. Since Phillipson is now primarily an online operation, I would seriously hope that they would provide the same good service online that they did when they also had a physical shop. Thus far, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Good wine is not difficult to find. Service is the differentiating factor. Here, Philipson still has something to learn - particularly when that service is provided automatically online.
