Great clothing, unique
The packaging is really nice, offers a luxury feeling to the unboxing experience. Delivery was also pretty prompt.
I ordered one of the black silk vests. It has a lovely drape to it and is super soft to the touch. Perfect for summer days.
I then bought a couple more shirts in satin and a silk blend. Both fit really well and have a great luxurious feel and look to them.
I could probably spend thousands on the clothing I like! It’s refreshing to see something more daring in male fashion. Nice to wear something that will be sure to get comments or turn heads.
Friendly and helpful customer service too.

Incredible Customer Service
Phix obviously offers phenomenal products, but the customer service is the real star of the show.
I had a huge issue with my account (not Phix's fault), and Katie from Phix's Client Services was communicative, thorough, efficient and friendly in getting it resolved.

My husband has finally found a clothing brand that truly suits him, and we couldn't be happier. The fit is excellent, the styles are flattering, and the quality of the clothing is top.

Wow...Stunning !
Wow...wanted the Union Jack men's shirt for me (woman)...was torn between M and S despite the sizing chart as men are built differently ! I'm a UK 10 and opted for the M.....it's perfect! Not too tight and not so loose that you loose that 'taylored' fit. Quality awesome, stunning design.....came in a proper shirt box as well....that's never happened to me before lol. Expensive for what you get
It feels very expensive for the quality of material you get. The breakdown of material - only 55% linen and a cheap substitute viscose.
I purchased the ivory linen trousers and cuban collar linen shirt for an outfit for a wedding in Capri. This cost £290 in total (a lot of money for the quality).
Firstly, a button on the wrist AND stomach fell off within the first hour of wearing it. This was highly embarrassing because I was walking around with my stomach showing, not a good look at a fancy wedding. It feels like the buttons could come off at any moment.
Secondly, the shirt is completely see-through, which is completely different to the photos on the website. I understand its linen but it’s extremely thin material.
It is very difficult to get the creases out of the trousers. I’m not sure if this is caused by the fact the material is only 55% linen but it has been very difficult to get the taper back into the trouser leg.
Overall, I give 3 stars because I do love the style of the clothes and they are cut fairly well for my body type. However, for the price tag, and the fact the quality doesn’t appear very good, it’s hard to justify buying again from them.
The customer support page on their website wasn’t working for me however they have dealt with my complaint very well, which is appreciated

Drop Dead Gorgeous!
I wanted a jaw dropping outfit for our wedding and as soon as I came across PHIX, I knew I would find something spectacular.
I ordered a fair few items to check sizing and the returns process was super easy, efficient and refunds were fast coming.
The Bowie shirt and the lambs leather flares were stunning! The fit and quality of the trousers were just perfect and combined with the shirt, drew compliments from our guests all day.
The quality of the items that I tried on, and eventually purchased, were outstanding.

Mugging us right off
Ordered the barrel leg trousers for £170 in a 32” as that’s my true size. When tried on they were huge so I exchanged for a 30” at a £5 charge. The 30” came cutting into my waist.
The material was very see through and cheap feeling. You could see all the pockets through the legs.
I’ve sent back and waiting for a PARTIAL refund of £160.
I’ve spent £15 to NOT OWN an item of clothing. What a SCAM.
I then found very similar trousers at UNIQLO for £45 and they feel sturdy with true sizing.

The trousers are designed as a high-waisted style, as outlined in the product description, and therefore sit higher on the waist than many standard trouser fits. Based on your experience, it appears you may have fallen between sizes in this particular cut, which can occasionally happen depending on an individual's proportions and preferred fit.
This style was intentionally designed using a lightweight fabric for the warmer months of the year. Whilst we appreciate that fabric preferences vary from customer to customer, the lighter construction is a deliberate feature of the design rather than a manufacturing defect.
We first became aware of your dissatisfaction through this review and were sorry to learn that the product had not met your expectations.
Following your review, I can see that my colleague Wes reached out to you directly to better understand your concerns and gather further feedback regarding your experience.
Our customer services team is always available to provide detailed advice on sizing, fit, garment measurements and fabric composition before purchase, as well as assist with any questions or concerns after delivery.
